This made for comfortable and easy pet and kid-friendly travel. Pool, game room, breakfast, comfortable room with well-appointment suite and kitchenette, and close to the strip and beach.

This was a great space to spend NewYears Eve with our family. Plenty of sleeping space, the front desk people were flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. Near core Seaside, but just far enough outside to avoid the noise. Also kitchenette was great for cooking meals after a day of fishing/crabbing. Will definitely stay again.

We found all the staff very congenial and helpful. We really enjoyed the complimentary bikes that were available. Also, we had a great breakfast. Our stay was most enjoyable.

River Inn was amazing! The complimentary breakfast we good and there are several places to walk around nearby. I will definitely be staying here again when visiting Seaside

This Inn was exactly as advertised. It was clean and a great location. I found this inn on Airbnb, but after booking thought it might have been a better deal to call the inn directly 🤷🏼‍♀️. Either way, I was content with the price.

We loved our stay at Hearthstone! 100% will be going back there for future trips. Small, studio cabin feel with a fireplace and right downtown. A block away from the beach, less than half a mile from the shopping and most restaurants. Absolutely loved it! Thank you for such an incredible stay.

Booked it literally 4 hours before checkin and everything went smooth. Everything you want to do is easy walking. Didn’t use the car for the whole time we were there. Fun little pool for the kids. Would recommend.

Amazingly friendly staff. Let us check in early. Checked cameras for us when we thought we lost our wallet. Beautiful view. Pool, play room, breakfast, hot tub, and fire pits. Amazing price for all the amenities. Super close to downtown seaside. 10 minute walk to the beach.

Was perfect for my husband, myself, and our child. The room is right next to the pool so it could get noisy. There was very minimal things in the kitchen so I would recommend bringing things with you if you intend to cook. There are pans, some cooking utensils, and some plates, bowls, and cups. There is lots to do near by and the free breakfast offered was nice.

Room was living room + two private bedrooms with two balconies and a fireplace with jetted tub and ocean view - price was more like a single room with no view. Great hosts, flexible with check out, great location. Continental in the morning was good, though there were very few beverage options. Amazing stay!

Great place to stay and very affordable. Great location and love the patio access. Really liked shampoo & conditioner they use, smell soo good. Although we didn’t get to use the bikes, they have bike for use. Also has a ChargePoint in front. Would stay here again

Cute, quaint, clean! Right in downtown Seaside. Close to all the restaurants and fun things to do! The room was very modern with an incredible shower. The heated pool was a great touch after a rainy day.

A great location. Peaceful with a beautiful view. Just started the night, but was perfect. Fireplace was a nice touch. Check in at their sister resort wasn’t the best, but the clerk was very nice. Would be better with direct access.

Everything was very good .. very clean our suite, the pool area, the water very comfortable to relax and in yes everything very well .. thank you, only 2 important details and this is not for the hotel, if not for my application .. the suite that I rented with you was overlooking the sea and you gave me another one where it is you could not contemplate the beach .. and inside the suite there was no WiFi, free you to buy, in your stay .. there .. but well we had a great time with my, family.. thank you very much .. very soon we will return and recommend this place to our relatives

Needed a last minute place to stay on a weekend. Wasn’t able to stay for long but would love to come again !

Host was very responsive and quick! Gave great instructions on how to find the location (can be tricky to see at night), and was very friendly and helpful overall! Plus there is a 10% discount at the restaurant for air bnb guests :)

I enjoyed my stay in the female dorm. They provide ample bedding and towels, the kitchen is well stocked, with space to keep your own food. Easy to prepare and cook in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The common area was cozy, the back of the property is peaceful, overlooking the lake and had places to sit. The bed pods were big enough, and even though it's a shared area I never felt uneasy. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, about 20 minutes but it's an easy walk. You get a lot for little cost and I will definitely book more stays here.

Just as advertised for the best price in Seaside at the time. The room was updated and clean with a nice little kitchenette. Great water pressure in the shower! We were able to see the ocean and Tillamook Head from our porch. The young lady who greeted us was warm and informative, as was the gentleman who checked us out on our last morning. We came during the middle of the week in March, so tourist traffic was at a minimum. Didn't feel crowded at all. Weather was a bit of a bummer, but that's to be expected at the Oregon Coast. I would definitely look this place up again in the future!

Amazing view and walking distance from beach and restaurants. Right in the center and perfect. Check in was easy. The only bad thing is there is no AC. However, a fan was provided and it cooled the space down. Loved that everything that is needed for cooking in small kitchen is provided. Friendly staff. Parking is tricky when those that don’t have compacts park in compact area. Plenty of parking is given though. One on site and off to the side.

I had a lovely time staying in the coziest pod for a long weekend on the Oregon coast! The place was so charming and just a short walk from the beach and downtown Seaside; everything I could have wished for!
