The Mandarin historic cottage was welcoming and charming. The home was historic and we enjoyed the beauty that surrounded us inside and out. The beautiful backyard was our own private park. Our doggie loved running all around with the butterflies and all the woodland creatures. Alexandra took care of all questions and concerns immediately. My sister lives nearby in a Senior Community. It was an added bonus that she was able to navigate this home easily in her wheelchair. We look forward to coming back in the near future!

The space was very relaxing and peaceful. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

I would 100% stay here again. They went above and beyond to supply everything you need and then some. Such as: coffee pods, snacks, toothbrush, toothpaste… etc. great place

Christopher was very accessible. He showed us how to use the thermostat as we accidentally had it on heat. He bought 2 outside chairs for back patio and stools for the high beds. My travel partner and I are limited in accessing the TV options as neither of us have much technical abilities so we were disappointed in that. Anyone that is savvy could watch about anything if they knew what they were doing I’m sure. Location was great for Orange Park community. Great shopping. 40” from Jacksonville airport.

Huge place, very comfortable, outside space was wonderful. Sitting on the deck listening to the birds was great. Neighbors were very friendly and it was nice to walk around the lake nearly every day. It is exactly as described. This is their camp so it’s not fancy and some of the floors are a bit uneven or saggy. But it was very livable and a nice place to stay. Victoria was very responsive any time we messaged her. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful, and the house was spotless with unique floor tiles. The pool was perfect for our kids, and the location was great—safe, charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The leather reclining couches were super comfy, and the movie room with Netflix and Hulu was a hit. The laundry room was a great bonus, and the spacious kitchen (with a fridge that had a TV!) was a fun touch. Overall, a perfect trip—we'll definitely be back!

Best BnB beds I have ever slept in! Aimara’s home was exactly what we needed and more. For the size and location, I believe this home is an absolute steal. The star of the show was the bedding though. Pictures just don’t show comfort, and these mattresses are equivalent to a high end hotel. All of the guest raved about how well they slept because of it. She was also extremely responsive before and after my stay. I cannot recommend enough!

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

10/10! Exactly what we needed for the weekend. Comfortable, clean, and convenient.

I was in town to celebrate my mom's 97th birthday. The location was perfect being close to everything I needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the river. It's roughly a 4 mile walk end to end on a beautiful tree lined street on one side and water on the other. It was a great way to start the day or end with an evening stroll. The house was super clean. It had everything one needed, was so comfortable and in fact, I was able to have my mom over for her bday dinner. This place is suitable for a one night stay to a month long stay. The hosts were super gracious and responsive if needed yet gave privacy. Can't say enough about this place. Will definitely be back.

We had such a great stay! The cottage is beautiful and had everything we could ever possibly need inside (including a Nurtribullet, toys, and plenty of hooks and drawers). Bob and Tina were easy to communicate with, and check in was a breeze. We are very familiar with the area, and the access to the Saint Johns River via the property's dock was great. The sunsets here never disappoint! The cottage feels remote, but you're actually very close to stores and popular event locations. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor seating area, but it is private and looks lovely! Kids of any age will love the sleeping area upstairs - a super fun space. Thank you!

Overall a great stay! Very detailed and easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. Listing looked like the pictures. Apartment was spotless! Surrounding area is calm and quiet which was nice. Close to highways and local establishments. Nakita was an amazing host; very responsive and attentive. She was always willing to help and proactive in giving solutions. We were having trouble with the tv mount and she came to help fix it. Kitchen well equipped with utensils to cook but not with spices. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean with good water pressure. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was my first Airbnb stay … I see no reason to book with major hotel chains going forward. The apartment was better than described, and I felt completely at home. Jonathan and Jennyfer are the ultimate hosts and their hospitality exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay there again!
