Beautiful house and outside area. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed during the off season so unfortunately the pool was too cold to use. Also the house has a lot of short stairs going up and down from the kitchen/living area/pool area that I made it difficult for some members of my group with accessibility issues.

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.

This was a wonderful stay in an adorable RV and great neighborhood. Alyssa was so friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay again!

We visit Florida every year this time we changed up where we stayed at this time and love this place . The stand up shower to the soaking tub was amazing pool out back was great over all loved everything about this place

Definitivamente una experiencia única, aunque había mucho frío teníamos calefacción en la carpa y eso nos hizo la noche muy agradable . La tranquilidad del lugar es excelente muy bien cuidado , fue nuestra primera experiencia en una carpa y superó nuestras expectativas. Fuimos de celebración y al.llegar encontramos justo lo que había pedido para mi esposo. Estoy segura que volveremos es el sitio ideal para desconectar del estrés y el caos.

Comfy and quaint place. Extremely comfy beds and close to everything we needed to do!

We spent a month at Kim’s house to escape the cold and visit family. We absolutely loved sitting in the sun in the back yard, among the beautiful plants and trees. The pool was too cold to swim in, but it was sparkling. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is very natural and there are lots of trees and flowers. We had fabulous weather! Kim was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

One of the best spots to stay in Jacksonville if you’re lucky enough to find it available! Clean, peaceful, spacious, and fantastic hosts. Will be back.

Overall a great stay! Very detailed and easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. Listing looked like the pictures. Apartment was spotless! Surrounding area is calm and quiet which was nice. Close to highways and local establishments. Nakita was an amazing host; very responsive and attentive. She was always willing to help and proactive in giving solutions. We were having trouble with the tv mount and she came to help fix it. Kitchen well equipped with utensils to cook but not with spices. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean with good water pressure. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
