Great place, exactly as described. I highly recommend and will stay again when I'm back in the area.

This was my second stay at the barn. I’m still very impressed at how nice it is. Beautiful location, very nice accommodation and very helpful host with good communication.

Family visiting and to see State vs Mizzou game. We had 8 people plus a baby, house was perfect space for all of us. Very quite and peaceful. House is just as pictured, we'd definitely stay here again.

It was so beautiful. The updated kitchen was absolutely amazing. Lacy was the perfect host. I highly recommend Waverly for a relaxing stay.

The Lake house was one beautiful property. It was decorated so nicely for Christmas. The home was furnished with all that we needed & Dana was excellent communicating. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the large fenced in back yard for our dogs.

Had some task come up and needed a last minute extension! Suzy was very responsive, always timely, and very helpful! I would put Suzy and her house at the top tier of Airbnb and guest service! Thank you.!

Very roomy. Exactly like the pictures. Beds nice and comfortable. Really nice to have the large upstairs bedroom and full bathroom for kids or extra privacy. Large backyard and park / downtown is walkable. Also, less than 10 minute drive to Old Waverly and Mossy Oak golf clubs. The cleaning fee is too high.

Sarah was very helpful. I had to contact her several times during our stay and she always replied and was very helpful. We will definitely rent again.
