I am impressed with how David and Andrea keep enhancing the hospitality in their house by always adding new decorations and amenities. There is always a new little something to look forward to with each stay. They are kind, caring and proactive hosts.

Matthew and Loretta's property was amazing for our annual "college friends" weekend. The home was perfect for getting cozy and spending quality time together, while still providing each couple with privacy and space. House was bigger than I expected. Lots of space for our group. Big rooms, tall ceilings, comfortable beds, charming original wood trim and doors, cozy and relaxing environment. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Could not have been easier. Parking is very limited, so be aware. We knew going in, so not a problem, but definitely do not park in the thrift store lot next door. Son’s car almost got towed (didn’t realize he parked there since he arrived late at night). Natalie reached out in time so we could move it. Distance to the ski areas is fine when the roads are clear. A bit far when roads are snowy. Four wheel drive recommended. Hope we can come back again soon!

Extremely easy to work with and very friendly but let me warn you that as beautiful as the pictures are they did not prepare me for how beautiful the view is, it was spectacular!!! My granddaughter said it was better than tv !!! Home away from home❤️❤️❤️

Matt was a phenomenal host! Very responsive and helpful at all times! His cabin was like a dream come true! Felt right at home and had everything we needed for our stay! Will use him the next time we stay in State College!

This was a great place for our group of 8 plus small dog. Lots of room to hang out and comfortable beds - even a dog bed. Nice neighborhood to walk around in. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Douglas was very quick to reply to my questions. The house was spotlessly clean! Lots of extras and a great location to enjoy the Raystown Lake area. We will be back!

3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 bedroom downstairs. 4 beds total. Old house that brought back lots of memories from my childhood. Clean! There are some steep inclines in the neighborhood. Heated by radiators which kept the house toasty during my -15°F visit. Awesome host! A++

Wonderful clean and welcoming place to stay while in town for a family funeral. Kitchen was very clean and allowed us to safely prepare food for our celiac granddaughter. Will definitely check availability the next time we are traveling.

First I have to say that this home was beautiful! Everything was pristine. There were six of us and we never felt cramped. We loved the kitchen island because there was plenty of room for everyone to sit. The furnishings were really lovely and the kitchen had everything I have in my kitchen. The extra little details showed how much the owners cared about the people who come to stay. As wonderful as the house was dealing with Megan was even better. She was very responsive and a lot of fun. She gave great recommendations and was so helpful. We had a wonderful weekend and can’t wait to come back.

This is such a cute place with lots of space to hang out. Location was within walking distance to some attractions and restaurants and a short drive from the arena/downtown. The retro decor was fabulous!

The house was perfect for me and my coworkers had everything we needed and reasonable pricing for housing many guest. Plenty of space in close commute to stores.

We had a wonderful stay, its very private, great for a getaway. It is hard to find, but Christine gave us excellent directions and even kept us updated on conditions as roads were icy/snowy. She was very responsive and helpful. Her place is beautiful!

Lovely home, located in the beautiful Pennsylvania country side. Ann stopped by for a visit, and is well versed in all the local events and restaurant's in the surrounding area. We attended a wedding at the Woodhaven Event Venue. The house is within walking distance of the venue with the added bonus of crossing the covered bride at the bottom of the hill. The house is beautifully furnished and we had no issues cooking our meals and also took advantage of the fire pit located in the back of the house. Thanks Ann and Richard. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking to spend some time in the area.
