Great place, great host!

We took a little fall vacation to explore the Mississippi and the Driftless region. Dee’s place was perfect. We loved being right in the town of Cassville. From Dee’s place it was easy to walk to the coffee shop, the park, and restaurants. We took the ferry and enjoyed the State parks but it always nice to come back to a home with a kitchen, TV, and comfy beds. We also really appreciate being able to bring our dog. She loved the fenced in back yard and the bin of dog toys!

We were a family of 9 left with no place to stay after our original vacation booking was double booked and the other party checked in first. We were 3+ hours from home and stayed in a hotel the first night. That night I massaged Jeff and he was very responsive and helpful! Luckily, his house was open for us to book and stay the next two nights at!! The house is huge and spacious! There are two large living spaces w futons on the main floor. Two bedrooms upstairs had queen beds, the master with a king and the kids play space with French doors had a twin bed. The house has a powder room on the main floor as well as a two full baths in the second floor! There was literally every single thing you would need there already! We loved being able to park in the garage, sit on the covered porch and listen to wildlife across the street in the woods, watch movies at night together in the living room and make meals together in the massive kitchen!! Thank you for hosting us!

We loved our stay in this quiet (with the exception of the train) historic property. I absolutely love history and was a perfect setup for us. Jack was quick to respond and we were super happy we didn't have to do much upon checking out.

We had a wonderful weekend at Grandmas Getaway. The home is spacious and comfortable, has a great outdoor patio, fantastic view of the Mississippi and walking distance to bars, restaurants, brewery and shopping, etc. Diane and David were great hosts. They were responsive, accommodating and one of them makes some great sugar cookies which we devoured upon arrival. Will definitely stay here again!!

We arrived a little later and the maps location wasn’t very accurate so we had some trouble finding the location. Kirk was very quick to respond and come help us find the place. It was very peaceful and clean.

Perfect getaway spot to relax and unwind

This was a halfway point for my sisters and I to meet up and spend the weekend together after our dad’s passing. It was beautiful even better than the photos. The deck lights didn’t work for us but that just a small thing. The host was quick to Help us when our door code wouldn’t work. We would absolutely love to visit again if given the opportunity. We had a great time here.

Very responsive, beautiful view, would definitely come back.

We LOVED our stay at Gary’s place. It’s isolated in a beautiful area right along the Wisconsin River. Bird watching, hiking, fishing, right outside our door. Is close to town but you feel you’re a lot further away. Kitchen had everting we needed, bedrooms comfy, everything spotless and clean, bar, enclosed porch, lots of living space. Excellent choice of many Restaurants and hiking nesrby. Gary was incredibly helpful, communicative, and accommodating with our last minute stay. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Gary. The place is beautiful! We had a family get together with infants and older folks and everyone was able to get around and safely enjoy the whole space. Both the view and the decor were better than the photos! I highly recommend this cabin!

Loved the cabin on the bluff was a great birthday getaway and perfect spot to enjoy the lunar eclipse. Thank you for providing this great place for us and others to enjoy.
