Heather’s Hut is awesome! It’s a gorgeous custom built home perfect for couples or entertaining by the pool. The first thing that hits you is the quality of the construction, the sick layout and the AMENITIES. Half the reason we rented this spot was for the beautiful stocked chef’s kitchen. The full thermador appliances and stocked pantries made whipping up a special meal easy peasy and really spoiled us for the future. Heather has great tastes and you can absolutely tell by the kitchen alone. We kept the massive floor to ceiling doors opened most of the weekend and having that fresh cool breeze roll in but staying warm by the built-in fireplace while listening to music on the Sonos system was fantastic and my favorite spot in the house. The living room is cozy and moody with awesome decor. The bedroom was comfy and private and the bathroom was also fully stocked. The overhead shower was a nice treat as well. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

Loved it here, great for family vacations! They were missing a few things when we arrived and GLADLY replaced them after messaging them and communicating with them! They were very responsive and timely. Our flight in was early and we had to enter the airbnb early as well as our flight home being later, so we had to pay a pretty pricey fee to get in early and stay later. Other than that, the price for the weekend was reasonable! Spacious and had a great kitchen. Enough room to fit 8 ppl comfortably, and still feel like you have your own space lol. Fire pit in the back was lots of fun! We appreciate everything they did to make it a great experience.

Beautiful home! Easy access to the area! Peaceful, nice neighborhood! We were able to enjoy a little of our time there after everything thawed out and opened up due to the ice storm. The area was great. Only hiccup was getting in, someone had locked an extra lock on the door, but someone came out to open it for us, as soon as they could. House was a little pricey, but it was big enough for all of us. We would stay here again. We felt as though it was a home away from home. Shannon from NY

Place was extremely comfortable (beds, couches, chairs). Hot tub was great and running when we arrived. Screened in living area had fireplace with gas logs which quickly heated the room. Game room was a big hit with the kids. Excellent place to stay, would have been nice to use the pool but weather was too cold (December). Outdoor pool table and TV were nice to be able to use. House was nicely decorated and felt very homely with modern touches. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay and is now on the radar for a summer family vacation spot. We liked the peacefulness and the water being right out back. It was nice that there were items left behind including some of the basics condiments in the fridge along with cooking spices, etc. We left some coffee behind because that was the only thing missing when we woke up after a late check in. We really enjoyed the home and amenities. My wife did not want to leave and felt that we were at her forever home.

Jodi, A HUGE THANK YOU, for an amazing weekend at your Chapel Hill, home. The location was perfect for us! We enjoyed the privacy, the architecture, the minimalist furnishings, the decor and THE ART!!! We can’t say enough!! It was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable and fresh and the pool lighting was so soothing even thought the weather was freezing … a thousand stars to you from us! Thank you, Jodi! Me and all of my cousins had a great stay at Marilynn’s home. Everything was nice, clean and cozy. Our host was gracious and polite whom answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely stay again.

We are very thankful that we were able to secure this house last minute due to an extended hospital stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. I cannot convey how stunning this property is. They have updated this 1900 home with modern conveniences and kept the old beauty and charm. Our family stayed here for my daughter's wedding at Cornelius Properties. We hosted a bridesmaids brunch on Friday. Had plenty of room for family to just hang out because we traveled from 4 different states for this wedding. The pictures we took inside the home were gorgeous and my guest were in awe of its beauty and size. So if you are in Goldsboro rent this gem so Chelsea can continue to revitalize this historical keepsake. Side note: when we traveled to Goldsboro they had just had a snow and ice storm and I called Chelsea about the roads since we were driving up from SC. She was out of town but her neighbors actually walked up to the main road to check out the conditions and gave us a thumbs up.

Alexandra's home is just perfect! The backyard is beautiful and the bedrooms are very comfortable. I would absolutely book again when visiting Raleigh!

Great location for a quiet getaway. Nestled in the trees of historic Hope Valley area, the home has large windows with plenty of light. Nice amenities: plenty of hot water, comfy couch, books, Tazo tea, and Counter Culture coffee beans with a grinder! Enjoyed the deck, too. (Just couldn't figure out how to turn on the deck lighting.) Secluded walking trails nearby, which the host identified for me, and quality restaurants. Just a few small concerns: lighting over the kitchen table is dim, maybe some of the light bulbs need replacing? The bed's mattress was a little soft for my back, and cleaning crew had a couple of misses: left cheese sprinkles in the microwave and rice on the kitchen floor near the stove.

We stay at a lot of Airbnb’s and the stand out here was the fact that they had the refrigerator stocked with 12 waters and real half-and-half for my coffee in the morning! I wish all Airbnb did this. It is such a nice touch. When you get in from a long day of traveling you are usually thirsty and when you wake up in the morning you want a real cup of coffee. This place provided both 🙂

This is a great place to stay near Erwin and Dunn the house was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. Definitely will be back here sometime in the future

Leslie’s home was ideal for art lovers. Beautiful art of all types. Decor was very nice and comfortable. Bed and linens very nice.
