My wife and I stayed here for the weekend for our 10th wedding anniversary. The place was perfect. Easily walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops. it's far away enough from the main drag that any partying Queens students aren't a bother. She was quickly responsive to any questions we had, and we would definitely stay again if we visit the city again

Had a great time, spotless place that looked exactly like the pictures, and the view was incredible. We spend a lot of time at the river during summer months , first time in a long while that we’ve been there in the winter, the apartment was cozy and nice considering the temperatures outdoors were “cold”.

It had everything we needed, it was cozy and it made us feel at home!

Beautiful place, just as described in pictures. Right in the centre of Brockville downtown. Very helpful & accommodating staff. Walking distance to Indian restaurant which has excellent taste of food. Everything you need is available inside the walls, toaster, coffee maker, induction, tongs, pots, plates, bowls, crockery, spoons, of-course bathing supplies too. Free parking at the back entrance.

Phoebe hosted our employee while working out of town. Communication was great, place is as advertised. Thank you!

The stay at Allison’s house was very convenient! Very clean! Very welcoming & much nicer than staying in a hotel! We loved the fact that for 3 ladies we each had our own bedroom! I would certainly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Kingston Ontario Thank you Allison!

Such a beautiful spot for our “girls” weekend. Adam was so helpful and friendly. LOVE the towel warmer…what a nice surprise!

Thank you so much for providing such a homely place to stay on a cold February. The lake views in the sunshine with it all frozen over were outstanding. Comfy bed. Peaceful neighbourhood. Large open plan lounge and kitchen with all amenities. Love it. Will definitely be back.

This 3rd story attic loft is beautiful, full of light, open and well-equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and spend a night in. It is also a great location; less than a block to the restaurants, shops along the waterfront and the marina, yet very quiet at night. We especially enjoyed watching the stars and the top of a pine tree through the twin skylights over the bed. The hosts have done a great job of providing clear instructions and procedures for checking in and out. We had no occasion or reason to contact them, but they privided phone numbers and urged us to call if we had any requests or problems. The hand-written note and snack tray at check in was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Lara was a great host, with very good communication skills and her apartment was extremely clean and well kept. It is very private and quiet which I greatly enjoyed and appreciated after working long hours in the nearby Hydrogen plant. The location was a hop, skip and a jump to the main street near the St. Lawrence and there are some pretty good restaurants nearby. Thank you Lara for a wonderful stay.

Superbe appartement spacieux, magnifiquement décoré de plusieurs grandes peintures. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Lits très confortables. Deux toilettes, une avec douche et l'autre douche/bain à remous. Localisation parfaite pour visiter la belle ville de Gananoque et faire un tour de bateau sur le fleuve St-Laurent. Propriétaire très sympathique. Je vous recommande à 100% et j'espère avoir l'occasion d'y retourner. Notre visite était de 2 nuits en octobre 2024, 3 voyageurs.

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

Just had the nicest few days visiting family and was so glad to have stayed at Rory’s place. A quiet neighbourhood and beautiful home that had so many little extras to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The house was spotless. Was able to cook meals with a kitchen that was stocked with everything that I needed. Beds were so comfortable and living room and dining areas had plenty of space to feel right at home. I would count myself lucky to be able to book Rory’s place again.

this was exactly as listed, and we are very happy with it! we travel for work so we needed something nice and affordable! it was a bonus we were able to bring our dog! next time we work in kingston, I will definitely be trying to book this again!

Comfy place with lots of character. I loved the brick walls and lighting. Sol met me at the apartment, so I was able to ask questions and everything was clear. It was close to the waterfront, main streets, coffee shops and stores. I had three local organic stores to choose from - Daughters, Old Farm and Tara. Nice touches like ice cubes, water filter, broom and guest manual. Even though the other units were occupied, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande maison, bel emplacement avec une super vue, et nous avons pu voir différents animaux, les enfants étaient heureux. Proche des croisières aux 1000 îles et de sentiers de randonnée dans le parc de Charleston, un vrai dépaysement. Un grand merci à notre hôte Gregory pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et ses conseils . Je recommande .

Very cozy, clean and comfortable apartment. It was a perfect “home away from home” as we celebrated the holiday with family nearby. The host was flexible, courteous, communicative and friendly. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. This couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely be back!

Great apartment in a great location. There are a lot of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable for two people. Would stay again!

Staying at Kurt & Nicole’s place is always a great experience. From the warm hearted and humorous messages - to the finite attention to detail, everything is looked after and followed up with to ensure you the most comfortable stay. Practically everything you may need during your stay has likely already been thought of which makes this place the perfect home away from home in my experience. The loft is located very close (3 min walk) to local restaurants, venues hosting live music/sports, or an art-filled stroll through downtown Kingston. There is also a gym and grocery store within seconds of the unit. Id also strongly recommend you check out the Sandwich shop downstairs 🤫

We stayed only for one night but we had a great time there. The apartment is very well situated and it is possible to walk easily to restaurants and shops. The communication with the host was great and the apartment has a lot of charm.

the stay was peaceful and the host briefly greeted me when I arrived. Netflix and prime were available and the room, although very small, was comfortable and quiet.
