Such a wonderful getaway for the family! Amanda’s beautiful house was right on the water, and everything was just as described in the listing. The house was spotless and Amanda was quick to reply to all inquiries. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the amenities (fire pit, pool, kayaks, etc). As you might expect for a lakehouse, during our late August trip there were quite a few bugs to navigate anytime we ventured outside - though very few seemed to be of the bitey variety. This peaceful getaway was just what we needed!

Claudia’s house was fantastic! Claudia made a great impression for us as a first time Airbnb traveler. Great Host that was very responsive to our inquiries and was helpful in pointing out some of the area’s attractions. The house was perfect for our family. It was Roomy, Updated and SPOTLESS not to mentioned Welcoming and homey. They had everything in the house that we could need…felt like home. Kids were really excited and enjoyed the pool. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Kingston area. Thank you for a memorable stay, and definitely would be our first choice when we return to Kingston.

Emily's place felt like home. Her home was pristine with a very warm feeling upon entry. Emily has been very thoughtful throughout her home, paying attention to every detail which allowed for a very comfortable and convenient stay. Her home pool was a fabulous touch; very clean and enjoyable. Emily left a thoughtful guide of her home and the area which answered any questions we had. Should you be visiting the Kingston area, Emily's home should be your first choice for accommodation.

Wow, what a gorgeous place!! The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful the setting is and how unique and interesting the cottage is. We loved everything about it, and we spent hours just sitting on the balcony watching local boat traffic as well as giant tankers and freighters go by. It's an easy walk into Alex Bay and a short drive to Clayton where there's a better selection of restaurants.

Place is great ! House is extremely comfortable, beautiful, clean and well located! Highly recommend to family group and friends gathering!

What a beautiful and peaceful setting while still being close enough to anything you could want to do in the area! Hosts were very helpful and communicative. We loved how modern and beautifully decorated our cottage was (Sparrow Cottage) and appreciated sitting out in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit to relax. The pool is also lovely with relaxing hammocks poolside! Highly recommend and hope to return again!

Don’t be fooled by the TV commercials about AirBnB’s where the host is present and you don’t feel at home. At Tanya’s place, you’re treated like if you were in a hotel room. Less than 5 minutes from major brand name outlets, including Costco, is a plus. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. A few little gifts awaited us inside. Nice surprise.

Great place, with the access to the yard and game room. Jake was very responsive and proactive with instructions. The place is very nice and pleasantly decorated (love the color coordination in the kitchen and the beach feel to the place). We appreciate that they were offering large pool towels (no need to bring your own). While some of the games in the game room might have needed a bit attention to be full functional (Foosball table indeed of repairs, only 4 darts), we were able to enjoy the hot tub, play dart and enjoyed that the TV was a smartTV which enable use to connect to our streaming services. The game room was a nice bonus anyway. The property is next to the CN railway but the train noise was never an issue. The kids didn't even noticed the train if I haven't mentioned it. Overall, great host, great place (and much better value than an hotel stay). Would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay, and Alina was an excellent host—very responsible and quick to respond. The place was also beautiful, well-equipped, and clean.
