Property as described. The host responded very quickly when I had issues. Unfortunately, the train runs nearby but the good news is that it’s not as active at night. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Laundry in basement which was different than what I’m used to. It’s a cute house though that’s well disguised.

This is a great place for families. There were so many useful items for small children. The kitchen has everything you need.

The house was great. We stayed long term for work and it felt like home.

Enjoyed our annual hot tub girls weekend at a new location this year. The house was clean and comfortable and had what we needed to cook meals. The hot tub was excellent and very clean!We appreciated all the towels and linens that were available too.

The house was in a great location to walk downtown and to the lake. A nice brewery is just a block away. It’s on a quiet street with a relaxing front porch. House had everything we needed. It was the perfect house for our group.

From booking to check out, Justin provided an at ease guide for my work trip. I believe the binder with recommendations from restaurants to fun spots to visit was extremely helpful with navigating my down time in Clear Lake. Justin’s place was extremely clean and the renovated kitchen came together for a perfect spot to have home cooked meals away from home.

Great stay, beautiful place. Nice to have pool/hot tub area. We went in what I would say was the 'off season' so not a lot of busy at the lake. Clear Lake downtown area had some good bars/restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!

Angel made a great host. Very quick to respond. Her place was just as described. Walking distance to a lot of places. Clean place and had pretty much everything we needed. Catered to our coffee creamer requests and surprised us with wine. Guest recommendation book was very helpful. Had issues with door to complex not locking but our apartment door worked fine and the front door was fixed before we left. You’re in an apartment building so expect a bit of noise. It wasn’t horrible but definitely noticeable. Other than that everything was great and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

Back for class reunion, very nostalgic and nice to see how Clear Lake is progressing!! Would definitely use this place again, even in winter because everything is so handy!

I just want to start off by saying that I am a 24yo woman traveling alone for work. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here alone. The place was clean,cozy, and just as described. Michelle was extremely helpful and got back to me in a matter of seconds. I also want to add that I am from Florida and came here during a very snowy time. One of the days I was at work there was a complete whiteout. Michelle really surprised me by asking if I needed a ride back to the Airbnb or that she and her daughter could come to where I was working and she could drive my truck back as she is very familiar with driving in those conditions. Although that wasn’t needed, I greatly appreciated it! Just goes to show how great of a person she is. If I ever had to stay in this area again I would definitely stay here!

Great place close to the lake

Nice spot just off the lake, as described in listing. Had a good stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely return!

Easy communication, beautiful patio and view especially when I had to be around during nap times or early bedtimes - I loved sitting on the patio!

The view was wonderful and right on the lake. We enjoyed the deck and walking out on the dock. Paxton was responsive and the beds were comfortable!

It was not Jessica who I had communications with. The person was Angela. The internet was down and Angela was repsonsive and very helpful. She even offered to have me switch to the other rental across the hall because the internet was down and the remote control for the TV was not working. In the end, everything worked itself out. The Internet company came out and fixed the issue the next morning and I found a remote control that worked for the TV.

This place was right on the water! It was perfect for a little get away. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Comfortable furniture. We loved it!
