From booking to check out, Justin provided an at ease guide for my work trip. I believe the binder with recommendations from restaurants to fun spots to visit was extremely helpful with navigating my down time in Clear Lake. Justin’s place was extremely clean and the renovated kitchen came together for a perfect spot to have home cooked meals away from home.

Great stay, beautiful place. Nice to have pool/hot tub area. We went in what I would say was the 'off season' so not a lot of busy at the lake. Clear Lake downtown area had some good bars/restaurants.

Ms. Angel was amazing, very responsive, humble and very kind. She made me feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!

Great little place to stay for the weekend, very cozy and clean. Loved the brewery downstairs as well. Check in was easy and history was very good with communication. We'll be back for sure in the summer.

Love this apartment. easy in and out. Angel was very responsive from the booking to the end of my stay. it was very cold outside so we didn't see how the neighborhood, but was quiet. My only concern about the space, was how small the stove oven was. I rent airbnbs to cook and bake to try to save some money, but it had pots, pans and a slow cooker. i like that she had a guest book, a lot of to do and resturant menus as well as a few games. It came with wifi and a streaming service( roku) on all tasks. the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to others and rent again on future trips if available.

Stayed at Trevor’s house for the second time and it was great once again! The occasion was a gathering for 7 of my ex high school classmates and myself, and we meet in Clear Lake because it’s about a 2-hour drive for all of us (halfway in between my location in Des Moines and their homes in Minnesota). Trevor is very responsive and replied to my messages quickly. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable, and it worked out perfectly for us! Thanks, Trevor! I hope we’ll be back again soon!

Loved how homey it felt!

This is a great place for families. There were so many useful items for small children. The kitchen has everything you need.

Home looked just like the photos. Enough beds for a large group. Really enjoyed the outdoor firepit. Walkable to downtown.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!! Very clean and great location for Downtown! Was great for our group of 9! Would easily sleep more!! 3 nice bathrooms ❤️

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Very clean and organized. The living space was open and inviting as well as the deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to City Park, bars and restaurants downtown. Would definitely return to this house for a family or friends getaway to Clear Lake.

Great place close to the lake

Nice spot just off the lake, as described in listing. Had a good stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely return!

Easy communication, beautiful patio and view especially when I had to be around during nap times or early bedtimes - I loved sitting on the patio!

The view was wonderful and right on the lake. We enjoyed the deck and walking out on the dock. Paxton was responsive and the beds were comfortable!

It was not Jessica who I had communications with. The person was Angela. The internet was down and Angela was repsonsive and very helpful. She even offered to have me switch to the other rental across the hall because the internet was down and the remote control for the TV was not working. In the end, everything worked itself out. The Internet company came out and fixed the issue the next morning and I found a remote control that worked for the TV.
