This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

Beautiful home with a perfect location. Lovely kitchen and decor throughout. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking in the carport and driveways. Host was responsive with any concerns throughout the week. Only note to be aware of, if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The bedrooms have shades on the windows but they are opaque, so as soon as the sun is up, you will know it.

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

Katie was a great host - great communication before, during & after stay. Home was adorable and comfortable for family of 3. Beautiful sunset view from patio every night. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

We loved the locations just steps away from the beach, opening the door and having the ocean in front it’s amazing! The place was so cozy too

The perfect spot! The location is right on the beach and had everything you'd need for a day in the sun! The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you'd need minus fresh ingredients, reasonable check-out process, and absolutely beautiful views. We could not be happier and plan to revisit! Highly recommend!

This was a great stay and we appreciated the following especially; 1. Ample cutlery, so I could host meals for my family. (rentals are know for bare bones knives, forks etc ) 2. Good amount of pans, mixing bowls, sharp knives for the days ocean catch and cooking each night. 3. Beach towels! And plenty of them was so helpful for our family to go to beach, boating and pool time. 4. Accommodating our requests, Adam was very responsive and helpful. 5. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and tidy. Adam, keep up the good work. I hope you’ll keep the house up in good maintenance for years to come, as many rentals can be Shiney for the first 6 months and then get tired. It was a wonderful stay. This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

The house fit our family of 7 well. It was clean and had everything we needed. The cooler, beach toys, and beach towels were a bonus given we flew to Florida. We were able to quickly drive to places from Clearwater to John’s Pass. The pool was really nice. Not as warm as we hoped but the kids were able to adjust. From the kitchen there is a step down to the back room and then a step up to the master bedroom, so it just took some awareness to not trip when going straight from the master bedroom to the kitchen. It was a quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive and provided recommendations. Checkout process was very minimal which helped. Overall would recommend.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

We, a family of (10), stayed comfortably in this home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenwares and pots and pans. The towels in the bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen towels were nice as well but there were no dishcloths. The heated pool was beautiful, large, well maintained. There were plenty of pool towels. There are a lot of stairs, going up to the main level of the house and also off the deck down to the swim pool, if you have troubles with climbing stairs. We were very happy there. We and our adult children agreed we would stay in this home again.

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and had all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. Only a 2 min walk to the beach, it was a great place to stay with young kids who can’t last all day at the beach. The management team was very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with one of the showers and someone was sent out immediately to fix it. Overall, I think this is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the area. I would stay here again for sure.

Scott’s place was amazing, had absolutely everything we were needing in a rental, we truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay here. There were 5 of us and it was perfect, could have accommodated more. Master bath slightly small, though 2 sinks. Very spacious living area and deck is humongous, great view, and the greatest asset! Only drawback for us was that it was about a 15 min walk to beach - not insurmountable, but did mean we had to deal w/ a car every time we went bec we had “beach stuff” in tow.

Great place and location is fabulous. Our hosts made us feel like family. Very thoughtful, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved everything about this place.

We really enjoyed our stay the house had everything and more that we could ask for very the pool was great and a short walk to the beach with several of our favorite restaurants within minutes we cannot wait to come back

Ruby and Jason’s space was great. Walkable to Beach Blvd and lots of cute shops, galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. Neighborhood is relatively quiet. It’s a quick jaunt to Stetson Law. Would recommend.

When our crew of 4 arrived at The Big House for our 11 days stay, we were welcomed with messages and very tasty rum cakes. We felt comfortable right away in the house and in the quiet neighbourhood. The Big House is perfectly named. The house is very spacious for 2 couples to feel they have their own space and privacy. The beds are really comfortable and the warm living room has lots of furniture for everyone. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with any utensils or appliances needed to cook wonderful meals. Great to have a laundry area too. Lynne has gone above and beyond providing anything you may need for your stay. Lynne is an excellent communicator. She answered all our messages quickly and kept us in the loop on everything. We took her suggestion to go to PJs Oyster Bar for dinner one night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We all agree we had a wonderful stay in The Big House. If we are in Largo again, it will be the place we want to be.

This was a great house. We had 10 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Pool and hot tub were great and provided plenty of sun and shade for all. House was very clean and we had plenty of towels and linens. Definitely walkable to beach, restaurants and a few bars and a quick uber ride to anywhere we wanted! Lawerence was really helpful with any questions we had and super easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend this house for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great; the beach, grocery stores, and several restaurants were about 5 minutes away. We booked this house for the backyard and it was our favorite part of the house. We spent most of our time outdoors lounging, eating meals, and enjoying the pool. While the pool is small, it was actually perfect for my toddlers. The house was very clean and the bed was decently comfortable. They also provided all the necessary amenities, provided all the beach essentials, and even had board games. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any reported issues immediately.
