It was perfect for our group of six golfers. We got to enjoy couple of local courses and then 30 minutes away from the Robert Trent Jones at Silverlake. The house accommodated six guys very easily fun Saturday evening watching the football in the big living room. Overall, it was fantastic.

Very clean, amenities were great, plenty of room for all guests.

My family and I (3 adults, 2 kids and my small dog) stayed at the home early March, and it could not have been more perfect! Just as described, but also extremely clean and well maintained. The location is close to everything but also very quiet. The split bedrooms were great for us, 2 on one side of the house and one on the other. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets and lots of games provided. We had zero problems and Luke was very attentive to a couple of questions. Though it was still cool and we didn’t get to use the pool it is very nice and we hope to stay here again when it’s warmer and enjoy this as well. A definite 5+ rating!

Gary’s place was super clean. Super quiet. Very relaxing. Comfortable furniture and beds. Loved the spacious kitchen and living area. Will book again if in Jax.

Tarisha was an amazing host! She made recommendations around town and checked in throughout our trip to make sure we didn’t need anything! The house was great! Would book again!

We were familiar with this location, as it is next door to a friend of ours. We chose it for a large family get together, too large to host at home. We love the location. It's very isolated and private, and in a stunningly beautiful location along a creek, surrounded by nature. It's adjacent to one of the premier bicycle trails in the South, the Chief Ladiga Trail, that we frequently ride, though not this weekend. We knew it was a beautiful home on the outside, and believe me, the inside matched. Plenty of room, but a cozy and warm feel. The kitchen was very well appointed with pots, pans, and appliances, and a large refrigerator, all things that we needed. The yards were large enough to toss around a football, and the back was well fenced for those with dogs. If you like a camping-like surrounding, but with the luxuries of home, this is your place. We will gladly rent again should the need arise, and will be recommending it to anyone in search of a warm and inviting place to stay

Amanda has a lovely spot just a couple of blocks from everything you need. The fenced in back yard was awesome, especially with the grandkids. It's a beautiful and charming older home, with gorgeous hardwood and a large front porch. The plumbing is a little sensitive, but that is expected with that era of a home. It certainly wasn't enough of an issue to take away a star. The covered carport was definitely a bonus. We really hope it's available the next time we need a larger space when visiting with our son and his family. P.S. Sorry Amanda for leaving such a short note in the guest journal. Lovely idea, by the way. I remembered it this morning and was a little rushed with trying to wrangle up toddlers. lol

Lore was very responsive when I needed her. We happen to be in town right as bad weather (tornadoes) was forecasted. Lore checked to make sure we had all we needed to feel secure while in the home. Will for sure be back!

We reserved this place at the last minute. We’re traveling to South Carolina with our two small kids so finding a clean rental in a safe neighborhood was top priority for the night. This fit the bill! Every room in the house was clean and well stocked with basic necessities for the night. There were even a few fun games for my kids to play and fluffy throw blankets to cuddle with on the couch. It was a chilly night and the heater kept us warm. This was a great stay and exactly what we needed…thank you!

Deborah's house was amazing. We had a small group that came into town for an event, and this was the first time we stayed in the house. We were so pleased with everything that we have already booked it for next year at the same time. The house is very spacious and very clean. The piece of property it was on was very peaceful and quiet. We grilled out on the back porch every night and had amazing time. I would highly recommend this property. Deborah was a great host. She was very responsive with any questions we had which were very few because of how detailed she was with the notes and instructions. If you are wanting to stay in the area, I would highly recommend staying this house, of course as long as our group does not have it rented.

Me and my guys that stayed loves the location and they even left good food recommendations. If we are ever back in the area will definitely staying there again.

Loved our stay at the Museum! So much interesting local history! Great southern hospitality! Will stay again when we bike the trails. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
