This is a lovely place to stay! Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view from the back of the house. The bedrooms are located in 3 distinct parts of the home so everyone felt they had privacy when needed. It was a great space for our family (with multiple families) to spend time together.

Jeff's home was perfect for our get together over the holidays. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The fire pit and front porch were great places to gather. Neighbors all very kind and included us in their firework show. We would love to stay again in the future!!

We stumbled upon this listing while on a whim and decided to give it a try. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The two-room layout was a highlight, and there was ample space for our furry companions as well as a spacious yard. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious and provided the most comfortable sleep we’ve had during our entire trip. However, we did encounter a few concerns during our stay. Fortunately, Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing them. The home felt like our own, and it provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. I’m already planning my next stay.

My friends and I enjoyed our girls weekend! Kelly had cookies and coffee for us upon arrival! Everything was spotless! The view is incredible. There’s a place to take walks around the area. We loved our stay and felt right at home!

Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at this Little Red River gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and comfort of the home. It was perfect for the two of us, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Fishing was a huge highlight! The river access was fantastic, and we caught plenty of trout. The location is truly a fisherman's dream. And for our furry family members – this place was paradise! The large yard and open spaces gave our dogs ample room to run and play. We felt so comfortable knowing they were safe and happy. The home itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the cozy fireplace, the amazing deck overlooking the river, and great comfortable furniture to lounge in with a book and a cup of tea. Joey was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! I had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the condo. Everything was just as described and Dee is thorough and accurate with the instructions. She also provided great recommendations for activities and food in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

This place stands out as the absolute best Air B&B we've ever stayed at. We were hesitant at first being that dogs are allowed... (we wondered if it would smell like "dog", or have dog hair on the furniture) but no bad smells, and no dog hair. We were very happy about that! The bed's were very comfy! We had a good bit of rain the week we were there, so the quilts all around the house were great, and used by each of us. As a family with 5 kiddos ranging from 13, all the way down 7 months, we were happy to have plenty of room for everyone. We love playing games, so having all the board games available was a big bonus. My guys really enjoyed using the dartboard outside under the covered front porch! They had several tournaments in the week we were there. Lol Suzy was the perfect hostess, and was so sweet to suggest a few family friendly activities within the Fairfield Bay area. There are quite a few things we didn't get to do in our week stay, but are looking forward to next time!!

What a great place to stay! We came for my sons wedding and it was perfect for our whole family to stay in. Megan was a great host and I would definitely recommend staying at her place.

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

it was very private and peaceful stay. We enjoyed swimming with the goldfish. FYI if you plan to have an adult beverage during your stay BYOB it was 45 minutes to a liquor store 😵 ((dry county)). You must try Mazzio's pizza it was awesome. We had a very nice time and would go again.

Hans place was a very peaceful retreat for my husband and I. We found the space to be very clean and comfortable.

It was nice to be able to control the temperature in the room so easily. I do wish it had already been set to a reasonable temp before I got there though. But they had everything anyone would need in a cute and relaxing way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, screened-in deck, terrace, lake access, and location were all great. Hope we have an opportunity to stay again some time in the future.

Herat quiet little cabin. In the area for work. Can’t beat it. The place is clean. And meats all the needs . What you see is what you get. What she has put in the description is exactly what you will get. They are very attentive and get back to you with any questions you may have immediately. Only negative was that it advertised a pool table but it wasn’t there. But that is the worst I can come up with and that was totally ok for me and what I was using the spot for. Don’t hesitate to book! You won’t be disappointed!

The house, view and property are wonderfully remote, but not so far away from things that it is inconvenient. The only thing we heard were the birds and a very, very distant outboard motor; the place will just calm you as soon as you walk out onto the deck and look at the lake. The house is very well cared for, everything worked, and was exceptionally clean. I am already planning and looking forward to our next visit!

The cabin was a good place to stay a few nights. We traveled gto Heber Springs to see the eclipse and the cabin was the perfect setting for watching and having a relaxing few nights. Very beautiful surroundings and after a short drive some great hiking trails along the river.

The house is beautiful. We spent Thanksgiving weekend with 10 family members, 6 adults and 4 children. We were not on top of each other. The games she provided and the huge yard helped keep the children busy. The children even got to see a deer. My husband and I wanted to take the house and put it on our land. 😂We all agreed to go there next year.

Excellent accommodations. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the porch swing! Host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend for large families and/or friend getaways!
