The flat was in the perfect location for people who may need to get to the hospital such as students. Rohit was always quick to respond and would quickly sort out any issues that may arise. Rohit really cared about the safety and how comfortable the people staying were which made you feel right at home.

I stayed in the apartment for two and a half months for work purposes. It was very comfortable and convenient. The little shops downstairs had just about anything you needed, including groceries. The Lahori Grill had excellent food! And it was right downstairs! I felt secure inside the apartment.

Great host and very helpful with recommendations on good local restaurants and eatery places! Lovely apartment and well maintained. Smells fresh with good view of the seafront. Walking distance to Great cafes and restaurants. Beds& beddings were comfy & smelled nice. My only little minus will be probably asking cleaner to check on cobwebs . We had a lovely weekend overall. Great stay! House had everything we needed, and was plenty of space for the kids to play and a nice outdoor area. Host was always response and helpful when any questions arose. Easy walking distance to shops and not a far drive to some beautiful scenery.

Lovely apartment. Modern, well kitted out little apartment perfect for a short to medium stay. Comfortable and clean with excellent shower facilities, a modern comfortable bedroom, lounge area with big flat screen and large comfortable sofa and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls and cups including some core ingredients and condiments for cooking. Would use again. Great communication and help from the owners too.

Great place to stay. Deborah was responsive, friendly and helpful. The space is as described with all the home comforts, a lovely kitchen and everything you could need in a studio. I stayed with a baby and toddler which probably wouldn't be the expected set up but was a great stop gap before we move overseas. It would also be a great place if visiting friends or family nearby but want your own space.

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

Such a lovely place to stay, everything was easy to walk to. Elton was always helpful and always there to answer any questions. The place was very welcoming and very clean and tidy. We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****

This is genuinely the best airbnb we have stayed in! It is faultless! The thought that has gone into making sure guests have everything is astounding! The pace is spotless and the place has all those little details that makes it feel like home including a really well organised kitchen and contents, lots of bathroom extras and even 4 large black umbrellas in the hall stand - I guess it's not always sunny in 'ull! It's position on the marina is a beautiful setting and so close to everything in the old town and the newer part of town. Parking is easy and there is one allocated space but also plenty of room round the back of the apartment too. You really don't need to use your car if you plan to explore Hull itself which is great. We recommend the Minerva pub and the Lion and Key for food and old pub charm. Hull is my hometown even though I left in the 80s but staying here made it feel like a special holiday. Thank you Simon - we will be back!

A nice and convenient place to stay. Only a short walk from the train station and opposite a Tesco Extra. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Jamie's place was lovely. We had a great 3 nights stay with everything we needed in the apartment. We received great instructions and were able to speak to hosts when we wanted in the shop below. They even found my daughters earpods before she even noticed she'd left them there and let us know. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location! The Cartlodge is a fantastic apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable areas to relax in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Simple drive into Grimsby and other main roads are close by. Jo and James made me feel at home from the first day, responded very quickly to anything I needed assistance with in the apartment, and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. Could not recommend the apartment or the hosts enough. Thank you guys!

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.
