Julie was a wonderful host. I had some queries that I emailed about prior to arrival and she was always quick and helpful with her responses. We picked the property as we knew the area and had family close by, so we knew what to expect, but really appreciated the local recommendations for eating out and takeaways. The property was clean and exactly what we needed, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much Julie for making a hard weekend that much easier :)

Beautiful place, we felt right at home. Safe parking, lots of fun stuff to do. Really clean, would definitely recommend!

Francis was such a lovely host. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, had all the facilities and was ideally located for our stay. Francis left us clear instructions to check in/out and during our stay and his communication was great. Would highly recommend a stay at Francis's place and cannot thank you enough for our lovely stay!

Absolutely great property and also location. Seafront and attractions were just over the train bridge, a five minute walk away. Trains were few and when in the property could t hear a thing. Property was clean and tidy and had all you needed, including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and toiletries. Property also had a large dog crate which is an excellent inclusion as when we bring our own that takes up most of the boot. Garden is fully secure so dog can go out on its own. Parking an available outside house for free. Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Marina life was fantastic, from the moment we booked, Matthew was fast to respond to messages & suggested places to go while we visited, handover of keys on arrival went like clockwork as Matthew only lives a few doors from the property & we was made to feel very welcome, The property was so clean & tidy with a fantastic layout it's a modern property but feels like a cottage with the way it's been furnished, the area is very close to the town centre where all the cafés, bars, shopping areas & attractions are within a short walking distance, we will definitely be coming back for another stay, we highly recommend Marina life for a peaceful & relaxing break, Thanks to Matthew, much appreciated.

Great house to stay in for families or small groups. Superbly equipped with absolutely everything you needed. Excellent location. Extremely comfortable beds and linen that smelt fresh. Cozy living room to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Pool table great addition (although photo slightly deceiving on size of it) Beautiful church pew for additional seating, although would question if needed as when playing pool you needed to put dining chairs somewhere which made it a little cramped. Was great to be able to take the dog and feel relaxed as the garden was secure and the baby gate on the stairs meant no little sneaky adventures were to be had. Christine and co were the perfect hosts…absolutely all information and questions were covered before arrival, checked in to make sure we were settled, and then left us in peace (without sounding rude lol) Recommended to anyone/any age (might just point out that stairs are quite steep) Thank you 🤩

We had a lovely stay, the place was just as described and formed a perfect base. We also did the walk to the local pub (The splash), which is a very nice walk (pushchair and scooter friendly too!). We will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit.

Had a lovely couple of nights here, spacious and clean, had everything you need. Bonus it had 2 toilets! Jo was so helpful on the run up to our arrival, even looking up local electric car charging points for us. We had a slight issue with electrics which was sorted within 10 mins. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

2nd time staying at Katie’s. Really responsive and the cabin was beautiful. Lovely new kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedrooms. The living room was a good size with a large table. Hot tub outside with a view of the fields with horses in and a small lake to the side of the cabin with ducks. We booked some spa treatments which were great for a girls weekend, we had head massage, facial, back massage and body wrap / scrub, the lady that did them was lovely. Really peaceful place and will deffo being staying again for another girls trip, we all loved it. Great that you can also check in at 14:00 so you get pretty much a full day.

Hill Crest House was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had plenty of supplies. The game room was the best part though, with plenty of space for the whole family to hang out. We enjoyed walking across the fields to the pub at Tetney Lock. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the pool and garden.

Lovely home from home caravan I liked the extra touches, hot water bottles on all the beds and lots of board games for the children .It was also good to have the smart tv and beable to log into prime tv etc .Kirsty was great at responding when we had a problem with the toilet , she had it sorted within a few hours . Great place to stay

Had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin especially the little extras like board games. It’s very dog friendly with the balcony. Would have loved to use the bbq but the weather wasn’t so kind with the wind. All in all great place to stay and plenty of things to do in the area. Thanks again

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

Beautiful caravan. put in post code as sat nab took us to different site. but a quick message to Chantelle and we found it. your fat enough into site that you can't hear the amusement arcades but near enough to walk over. good choice of restaurants and pubs supermarket, takeaways and club Tropicana ,where we saw several really good acts highly recommend the caravan and the area

Another amazing stay, 2nd time we've been and won't be the last. Jason's a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble. My 2 autistic sons love it here and are always upset when we leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

Beautiful apartment in very peaceful surroundings. The owners do have a dog who came to greet us. We immediately got a message apologising as my daughter is scared of digs. Pool table was a lovely extra.

This place was lovely. Spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos. Was in an excellent location for lots of dog walking on the beach. Also was an absolute bargain.

A beautiful home and we relaxed immediately. Gorgeous hot tub, outdoor fire and super comfy sofas and beds. Close to shops, beach and funfair. Didn’t want to leave!

My husband and i had a wonderfull stay. Exactly as listed. Beautiful setting, very peaceful. Although very secluded, there is plenty to do nearby as listed in natalies very helpful guide. It was just what we were looking for and would highly recommend!

What a lovely place to spend a few days away. Very clean, warm with everything you need. Thankful for the enclosed garden, my dog and I had a fantastic time.

Elaine could not do enough to make my Mum and Dads stay more comfortable. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The place is cosy yet has a unique twist.
