Omega & Jeff were very kind & thoughtful. So were the towns folks. I forgot a medication & my husband needed first aid when he fell. Two women were standing nearby. They got what we needed from Elk Pharmacy. The pharmacist was great. The whole town had that "small town feeling." I would love to go back to the Seaford's home again sometime.

The perfect place to stay during my quick trip to Winston Salem! It had everything that I needed to be comfortable for the weekend. The place was clean and quiet.

When you check into Austin’s home, expect to feel like a welcome guest at a good friend or family member’s beautiful home. It’s comfortable, charming, and full of character—clearly well-lived in and loved. Every corner has personality, and there’s a warmth that makes you feel right at home. We loved our stay!

We booked the whole property for a rehearsal dinner. All the groomsmen and groom’s family were able to comfortably stay at the property. We loved how unique and fun the cabins were. We had a great time having coffee on the porch, around the fire pit at night, fishing in the lake, and visiting the winery right on the property. The dining room held 40 people in a cozy, intimate setting for our rehearsal dinner. We definitely recommend this property!!

Such a quiet and lovely place to stay. Very artsy and eclectic. So clean and homy. We will definitely stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Lovely home in a fantastic neighborhood. We had a great time staying here with our dog. It was very walkable with excellent restaurants and groceries nearby. The home was quite roomy and included a much appreciated washer and dryer. While the back yard was not fully fenced in, it was landscaped and had a comfortable patio. We enjoyed sitting out there with our pup.

Thaddeus was the best host I have had to date. Over delivered in every category!

If you're like us and dig deep into the reviews, we want to correct some misinformation. The shower is larger than the standard 32", and we took successive unhurried showers and didn't run out of hot water. The location is private and quiet. Real value for the money.

House was great, pretty private, great pool. Lots of space for the family and there were snacks out for us which everyone really enjoyed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative about the house was listed no pets. But there clearly were pets that lived there. Being highly allergic to animals with fur that probably would have not chosen that location. I needed to medicate the whole time. Other than that the home was what we needed.

Laurie’s home holds so many memories for our family . We had a fabulous trip . Laurie’s home has all the comforts of home . We will stay there as often as we can .

The cottage is a beautiful escape into an quieter and simpler way of life. Well equipped. Easy commute to the transportation museum, downtown shops and restaurants and wineries. Our second stay, and the whole family had another truly remarkable experience. Will be back 💕
