Sweet little spot for our family to rest between our outings in Cincinnati and Columbus. Comfortable accommodations, well stocked kitchen, clean, and uncluttered. The location was perfect for walks into Historic Loveland. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our host assisted us with everything and that was a lot considering we were first timers. The property was immaculate, organized and clean. This home and its location are ideal for anyone’s use.

Carlos’ place was great. It was cozy and comfortable and a great location for us, plenty of space for our family to spread out. Carlos put up a darling Christmas tree, which we really appreciated as we were with our kids in Christmas morning.

The house was well designed and decorated beautifully. Jennifer was very available to answer any questions we may have had. Definitely will be recommending One a very few locations where’s it private Calm and just astounding. They were generous to provide snacks 2 washers & dryers! Absolutely amazing. Pool was the cherry on top. Awesome stay. Definitely worth every dollar!!

Definitely would go again made a great place for a family vacation, 1 bathroom was the only negative for multiple families.

We really enjoyed staying at Rodney's place. It felt very cozy and at home it was very clean. Very easy to find. Not too far from places to go and eat or look at. Was very enjoyable and would love to visit there again some time

We stayed 4 nights at the 113 apartment and were very happy with our booking. The apartment is close to downtown and we found it very comfortable. It was obvious that the host cared about the guest’s comfort and it was set up with everything we would need for a great stay. Excellent communication made us feel very welcome. And it is a very cute apartment!

This unit was ideal for my recent extended stay to deal with some family issues. The location was perfect, five minutes from downtown Loveland and five minutes from the freeway. If it had been any other season, I would have been using those bikes and the bike path to get into town every time. This is a former office space so it certainly has that feel to it, but it was still homey and comfortable with all the amenities of a modern apartment. The shower was hot, the kitchen spacious, the fridge regular size, and a large screen tv in the living room. I think the bedroom is even larger than mine at home! If staying here in the winter, I would recommend remembering that you are in Ohio and it does get cold. You will notice that you are on a slab foundation with a single-pane glass front door. So put on a sweater or use one of the many extra blankets available while chilling on the couch. The bed was actually quite warm and super comfy. It's now on my must-book list for future trips home

Perfect! So nice to come ‘home’ to while cleaning and clearing out my own house ahead of my move out of state. Loved the privacy and peaceful quiet. Open floor plan gave me a chance to do last minute sorting of my stuff 😊

If you're looking for a getaway in Augusta, this is a great place to stay. The place was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. We got to meet Alison downstairs at the Augusta Pub, so that made our stay even better. Note: The Augusta Pub has great food and some of the friendliest people you'll meet. We felt at home and will definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Cincinnati! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for our family of three! Super easy check in with very clear instructions. The place is very clean and equipped for what we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Even though we were right down in OTR, it’s a very quiet place with limited street noise. It was too cold for us to take advantage of the outdoor space but it would be great in warmer weather. Eric was WONDERFUL to communicate with. This place would be great for little kids because of the games and toys provided.

Checks all the boxes. Close enough to be anywhere you want in 10 minutes yet quiet enough for our 1 year old to take a nap or go to bed. Smart tvs in every room, comfortable beds, and good hot water pressure. What else do you want? Will definitely be back since we have season passes to the aquarium and zoo!

We only stayed for one night while passing through but it was such a great place I wish we could have stayed longer! Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my wedding ring inside and had to come back and the lock had reset. With one quick phone call the lock was opened and I was able to grab the ring with no issues. The place was spacious and clean. The beds were also extremely comfy which is such a plus!

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

My wife and our two friends were in town for a two night concert at the Andrew Brady music center. Kristopher’s place is a fantastic location for anything downtown. What we loved: I love that the grocery store is across the street. We parked in the garage above Kroger ($22/night was a little expensive but worth it for us, and there are plenty of other options). We all loved the massive windows in the living room. Having two separate bathrooms is great (and they’re clean, modern, stylish, comfortable bathrooms). Getting in and out of the building is quick and easy- just a code to get in from the sidewalk, then a lockbox key to use on the apartment door. Because it’s across the street from the new Kroger grocery store, be prepared for a lot of foot traffic (if you’re sensitive to that). The two beds aren’t the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in but ok. Overall a great stay, thanks for having us- it’s a beautiful space!

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!
