Love this little spot when we come into Ohio,the host are great, the house feels like home, and always a beautiful view. Everything is within mins to access!

Debra was a great hostess. She communicates proactively and is responsive. The house was stocked with lots of thought for guests to feel at home. I would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We were able to have a cozy galentine's day get together with plenty of space and a delightful location. Brad and Meg were quick to respond and happy to accommodate anything I needed, which was so helpful. We're already talking about booking again when the weather is warm- we love it here! 5 stars, no notes for this stay :)

We lost our home to fire and stayed at the lake house for about 2 months. Evan was very attentive, caring and helpful. Such a beautiful home, and the view of the lake is outstanding! We're hoping to comeback when it's warmer for a weekend getaway! Thank you for everything!!!!

The perfect place for us to use as a home base for our granddaughter’s wedding 5 miles away! We all want to come back when we can utilize more of the amenities that are available. We did get to spend one night doing nothing besides going to Alexandria Brewing Company for Dinner (great food and atmosphere by the way) and back to the deck to enjoy the scenery before all the crazy of the wedding festivities began on Friday! ❤️

Perfect location for our club soccer tournament. Everything was better than expected and we would stay here again next time we travel to play!

Malissa's apartment was a positive part of our visit with family in Maineville. This was our third stay in one of Malissa's units and as always the apartment was immaculate, well stocked with all you need for your stay and in a great location. Check-in and check out was super easy and Malissa is always responsive to any questions we have. Staying in the historic Peters Cartridge Factory is a plus. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect for attending a UC basketball game.

I needed to book Malissa's place last minute for some quiet work time where I could spread out my notes and papers and do some creative thinking away from the hustle and bustle of my household. I had a very important meeting super early the next day in the area and Malissa's place was perfect! It was perfectly beautiful and I plan to bring my family next time! Spacious and a very cool aesthetic in this apartment.

If you're looking for a quiet, scenic place literally right on the Ohio River -- it's virtually part of the front yard -- and for an easy price, this is the place to be. A short drive from Cincinnati but very much with an out-in-the-country feel. The apartment is very spacious and nice, and Cindy was very accommodating in helping us access some actual cable TV that is often not available in airbnbs unless you have your own account with a streaming service. Her associate Jason was on site in a different apartment and let me borrow a bicycle of his. My only warning advisory to future guests is that the kitchen was not stocked at all with some of the rudimentary basics one usually finds -- foil, wrap, bags, a few condiments and spices. But this was only a minor inconvenience in an overall great and very much worth-it stay.

We stayed here during a business trip. We absolutely loved staying here! Donny was very responsive, the home was clean, so cute, and had a beautiful lake view. We would highly recommend staying at this location. The dirt road can be a little treacherous for those that are not used to driving on dirt roads, but we felt right at home!

We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

This little cabin is perfect. I was able to cook with a well stocked kitchen. There is an abundance of towels and blankets. The house is charming and sweet. We were 7 minutes from WEC. This is a perfect place to stay if you’re horse showing.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! Tracy was SUPER helpful and answered questions quickly! We loved having fires down on the dock and my husband did a little fishing! It was great to site out in the screened in patio and watch tv! One thing I will mention is that the TVs are smart TVs and that required us to sign in to our Netflix and ESPN accounts to be able to watch anything. Totally not a big deal for us but for people with cable at home it’s something to think about. Other than that, the size of the beds was a small issue but we made it work! The place was stunning and just as described! Amazing weekend getaway ❤️
