Michael was very responsive to the text message. The house was nice the only thing I did not like was the home being older it was heated by radiators and with a toddler I had to make sure I didn't take my eyes off of her. But once I told her not to touch she didn't touch. The house was clean and all the linen seemed fresh. I wouldn't mind staying here again as it was perfect location for us

Melissa is an amazing host!!! I was so happy to find her place. Her place is super comfy and relaxing. Too cold to be outside too much but view of the lake is amazing from inside too. Loved being able to hear the sound of the wayes!!! Short and easy drive downtown. This listing will not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gull Cottage. The view was amazing and the home was very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and orderly. There was plenty of space for our group of six adults. Bill was great to deal with and a very responsive host. We will definitely rent this home again during a visit to the Cleveland Lake County area.

Definitely a work in progress annie showed us some of the things she was working on. But overall a great experience. Would definitely book again thank you for a great weekend

We stayed at Jessica's place during the solar eclipse and we will be back whenever we come to Cleveland! The house was nice and comfortable. The pool was AMAZING! The deck looks out to a beautiful natural park and lake. I have shy kids, ages 4 and 8, and Jessica was FANTASTIC with them. They LOVED her friendly cats and dog. they say it's their favorite AirBnB ever, and last year we stayed at a literal castle in Italy, so that's saying something.

I had my family members in from the east coast in for my mother's funeral. Kristen was so generous to allow us to get into the house an hour early. We needed extra parking and she told us about the park just a couple minutes walk at a park, which is next to the Berea Police Station. What a great playground for kids! I was impressed with this area. Being near a police station made this feel extra safe. The inside of the house was exactly what was pictured and if the weather would have cooperated, we could have had a fire in the fire pit overlooking the lake. What a view! I just wanted to thank Kristen for making our stay enjoyable.

This place was cool. I usually NEVER book rooms but I could tell this place was super private and they seemed chill (confirmed). You can hear footsteps and the dog every so often (they disclose that). As soon as I got there I turned on the TV and sound machine, any noise from above was fine/normal. They did a great job with this space. It’s super cute, clean, comfortable and intentional. The bed was comfy, the towels were soft, the lighting was moody, the fireplace was cozy, the shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I was between a hotel and this room and I’m super glad I chose their place. I ordered food and hung out all night, it was nice. They had snacks and other complimentary essentials as well. They also had a mini bar available for a small fee. Like I said, it was cool.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and always felt safe. House was clean, and Oludahun was super responsive and helpful. Great place to stay.

Trae is wonderful. He was responsive and very helpful. I love the location. It was easy to get downtown to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Art Museum as well as other sites. Trae's place is really close to the Westside Market and The Christmas Story House. There are plenty of grocery stores and excellent restaurants in the neighborhood also.

Nice, clean place that was exactly what I was looking for. Within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Being able to park on property was a plus, since street parking in this neighborhood can be a challenge. The owner was responsive and helped resolve any issues that came up.

Charming little place with everything we needed for our trip with me and three girlfriends. Would recommend. John was very proactive and responsive with communication.

Host was VERY quick to respond, the place was exactly what I expected. I actually wish I could’ve met them, they seem like great people. I did meet another guests and he talked very highly of them…. Neighborhood seemed a little run down, I made sure a few times that I locked my truck at night!

Michael was a great host. His place was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. Very close to family we were visiting. Close to Cleveland and all the city attractions. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay, felt right at home.

My husband and I stayed with our daughter, son-in-law, five-year-old grandson, and nine-month-old granddaughter. This home was absolutely heavenly. We loved it so much and did not want to leave. The neighborhood is beautiful, the home is beyond description and is exactly as the pictures show, only even BETTER. Vanessa was so generous to us and gave us many tips and her kids were generous with their toys for our grandchildren. The backyard is beautiful and fun with the trampoline and the tire swing. If we were ever coming back to Ohio, we would definitely book at this lovely Rocky River home again!!

Marissa’s home Definitely beat stay a hotel because we had all the convenience of a hotel with a stay at home feel. I was able to cook at my leisure with the updated kitchen and amenities which was a plus for me.

The hostess was very gracious and proud of the home. Ample parking space. The hostess was very communicative and timely in responding. All questions were answered promptly. Will stay here again. The home is tastefully decorated, bedrooms clean and spacious, bathrooms very clean. It is a older home so small kitchen space but it did have 3 kitchens.

Jordan and Joe recently hosted friends of mine who had won a weekend stay at their beautiful Airbnb - immediately upon arriving, they shared with me how much they loved the space. They had a perfect Valentine's Day weekend and could not say enough great things about the home and hospitality. Jordan sent clear instructions that were easy to follow, the house was spotless and so cozy, champagne was chilling in the fridge upon arrival and the hosts were available for anything my friends needed. Jordan also provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and entertainment nearby. If you get the chance to explore the area and take in everything Lakewood and Cleveland have to offer, this is the place to be for your stay!
