Amy was very accommodating and responsive. She allowed for an early check-in on short notice which was very helpful to us. Her place was in excellent shape and very spacious for a two bedroom home. The location is very convenient and located close to all the places we love in Chattanooga!

Had an excellent time at Rocky Face Beach House. It was only for a night but I wish I could stay longer. Beautifully kept. The theme was spot on. Had everything I needed. Peaceful and relaxing. My dog ecstatic with the spacious fenced in backyard. Jeff is an awesome host; very nice and was easy to get a hold of. Lovely neighborhood with gorgeous scenery. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this home!

As mentioned in the description, the home is very close to the freight train which runs throughout the day and night. I have always lived near trains and quickly adapted to the noise. Great restaurants, breweries, and bakeries are a short walk away. The sculpture park and national cemetery are also in walking distance.

Julie was easy to communicate with, and the check-in and checkout process was clear and easy. We found everything we needed. The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room for our group of 4. Julie was flexible to our requests. We would stay here again

We really enjoyed the house and it fit all our needs! We visited family and enjoyed time together at the house. The play area across the street was a highlight for our grandchildren. We enjoyed having a campfire out in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a great place to stay! The place was so big and it had a homey feel to it. We had an issue with the floors being dirty but the owner came within hours to get it fixed and didn’t have any other problems. Highly recommend and will always want to stay in this Airbnb when we come to the area.

We stayed here during a difficult time. It was private, nice neighborhood, and a short drive to downtown. The host was very accommodating and supportive. It was cute, clean, and lots of extras especially convenient washer and dryer. We would recommend it.

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

Nice layout - really loved the porch and the ability to keep the door open for fresh air. Fans were left for sound protection for nearby fire department - either I slept very well or the fan worked perfectly and I didn't hear any sirens. Lauren quickly responded to any questions. Go to her bakery/cafe Niedlov's - fantastic baked goods!

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

Easy to get in when we arrived late. Treats for guests is a great added touch! When we left a very important item behind, Phyllis called us with enough time before we left town to go back and get our property. Great property and very cozy effects for a nice staycation. Will definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chad was communicative, making sure we had no issues with checking in. The location was conveniently close to many restaurants and the parking was a plus.
