we enjoyed our stay at Rita's place very much. the view is fantastic, very easy access, safe. wonderful flat, great kitchen and bathrooms! Rita is really one of the best hosts. she made an early flex check in possible. unfortunately, we were too slow to extend our stay at her place, which we definitely would prefered.

Apartment is as described and shown: very spacious, clean, comfortable. Gym and pool are a nice add on as well. Great parking facilities and security staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended when you have to be in and around city center.

Valencia was a great host! The place was exactly as described and she was always very responsive and made it easy to find. The compound was beautiful and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. It was an easy and short walk to the V&A waterfront making it very accessible, and as a gated community, it always felt safe to walk at any time. There's also a cleaning service that comes every day which is great but make sure to let them know what time is convenient for you since we were woken up on New Years day at 10am by a slightly rude and abrupt cleaning lady. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and would even stay here again.

The place was as it looked on the app, beautiful!. The best part was the view, it has an amazing beautiful view. Easy access to V&A Waterfront in minutes. The area is clean and safe above all the host is very good with communication, they left no detail in explaining everything. The host even told us of a company that keeps your suitcases and delivers them wherever you incase your flight is way later after checking out. Everything about this apartment was awesome we felt at home.

Oh, Shamiso…. When we walked into your beautiful home… we felt at home. It was well situated. Perfect location, we were able to walk to the mall in 3 minutes. My sisters and I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, especially seeing the ducks and ducklings. Lee your manager was oh so helpful. I even forgot my medication in the freezer and he went out of his way to retrieve it and have it shipped to me ( I arranged the shipment through DHL). I was so grateful as I was about to fly back from Durban to Cape Town to get it myself. I truly appreciated that. I would definitely return here as well as recommend your place to anyone that I know is visiting. You and your team was absolutely incredible… just what I expect from host! Once again, thank you for allowing us to share your special home!

This apartment was perfect for my needs – a fully functional kitchen, along with excellent Zoom rooms and co-working spaces. The ability to move between different spaces made it feel much bigger and more comfortable than just working from the apartment. The location is fantastic—safe, convenient, and close to plenty of social activities. A great base for exploring Cape Town!

I had a great stay at Maddy's AirBNB recently. Easy to find, beautiful views, and the security and cleaning staff for very friendly. She was always responsive and provided clear instructions. Two minor negatives, on very hot days (35+) the lack of aircon is a bit of a problem due to the afternoon sun, but the provided fan does help. Also, the TV is quite small for the space and it doesn't support casting from your phone.

Hout bay was wonderful and the house had lovely beds and plenty of kitchen dishes as well as towels for the beach and even some sand toys. The place was cleaned meticulously and was relatively easy to access. They had a booklet of local recommendations that was helpful if a little overstuffed. The first two pages worked great. The washer and drier left something to be desired - the drier door wouldn’t stay shut and was finicky about turning on. The house could have used a few little touches like some laundry detergent, but Abigail was helpful.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Die Garage direkt an der Wohnung zu haben fanden wir super. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder hin.

Candice’s place was absolutely amazing—beautiful, well-equipped, and beyond luxurious. The linen and all the accessories were top-notch, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The hospitality was also warm and welcoming. I will most definitely book again!

We loved our stay here. We arrived late and Michael had everything including the baby crib set up for us. He was available for questions and the house is gorgeous with beautiful high ceilings. The location was perfect with tons of good food walking distance and grocery stores too. Bonus: Our daughter loved the two very friendly neighbor cats that stopped by! Thanks Michael!

Es gibt für diese Unterkunft die volle Punktzahl! Die Räume sind hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist super sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Der Garten mit dem Minipool ist auch sehr gepflegt. Wie haben uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sicher. Süße kleine Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können uns vorstellen im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.

We stayed in the place for 14 days, 2 couples. We very much enjoyed our time. The house matches the description, is beautifully designed and well maintained. The outside area is well-thought trough, provides sun-protection when sitting outside and offers amazing views over Cape Town and Table Mountain. The house offers 3 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors. A bit of a negative is that although you can close the doors, privacy can be an issue as it is not fully sound proof. Lightning could be better in the bathrooms, but design won over. The service was great, cleaning excellent and the pool was well maintained. The surroundings are great, plenty of coffee places for an easy breakfast, bars and supermarket nearby. Easy to go for a morning run to Green Point and Sea Point. We loved it and highly recommend the place. Thank you.

Gianfranco was a excellent host, place was very clean and comfortable. loved the way Gianfranco paid attention to details. linen was top quality, towels top quality, beds very comfortable, bathroom equipped with everything you need, kitchen had everything and more like coffee pods , milk, olive oil, bottles of water . . . . . Tessa’s apartment was in excellent condition. It’s in a fantastic location in Green Point and is also in easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. We had no issues with security in the area or apartments, the 2 security guards were polite and helpful. All communication with Joey prior to arrival was answered within an hour at most and we were met on arrival by Nick who handed over the keys and gave us some good advice about the nearby bars and restaurants. I would advise anyone to consider Tessa’s apartment as a great alternative to the apartments at the V&A waterfront as it’s only a 10mins walk away without the prices of the V&A apartments. Green Point is a vibrant area and we found great bars, restaurants on our doorstep, not to mention the Woolworths for our everyday supplies. Overall, my friends and I loved our visit to Cape Town and our choice of accommodation definitely set the tone for a great trip. Would book again without hesitation!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Marius. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und das Apartment im 31. Stock mit einer eindrucksvollen Aussicht war einfach nur ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

we stayed for a month in the Key West apartment. The place was clean, neat and smell fresh. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and with a complete kitchen unit cooking was easy. We had one of the best views over the sea, Table Mountain and Woodbridge Island and the sunset was always beautiful to watch. There are so many shops and amenities within walking distance from the place and fifteen minutes away from city centre by car. Brett and Henry are super host and very responsive for any request and they did their best to accommodate our needs. We had a lovely time, and we just wish the journey time were shorter for more often visit. Could not ask for any better place :)
