What a little gem! Great instructions on how to get there and lots of recommendations from the host on places to eat and drink and walks on the doorstep. The cottage is charming and set in a pretty and peaceful location with really easy access to the local area for days out. The cottage has all of the amenities you’ll need and is super comfortable with lots of little extra touches. The hot tub is a real treat. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Catherine’s beautiful house. The house itself is gorgeous; so cosy, spotlessly clean and full of all the home comforts you could wish for. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and peaceful walks. Catherine was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we messaged, but also respected our privacy and wasn’t at all intrusive, which we appreciated. The only slight thing we hadn’t realised is that the cottage is located within the owners’ house. Although this didn’t prove to be an issue, it wasn’t quite as private as we had thought and to get to the hot tub, you have to cross the main driveway in front of the garage. Again, this wasn’t an issue and we only briefly bumped into one of the owners once while walking to the hot tub, but we just thought it was worth mentioning. The hot tub itself is tucked out of view and so once you’re in there, it doesn’t feel overlooked at all. Such a lovely way to relax at the end of a day! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A great home in the countryside of Bath. The surroundings are great, felt very peaceful. Was great to have the fireplace. Claire was super responsive and helpful. The rooms are great, vey much appreciated the linens, cleanest sheets and towels, wonderful duvets and mattresses. A 15’ car drive from the center of Bath. Hot bath tub was great too! Would recommend for sure.

Just back from a magical weekend at Daisy Cottage, the weather was against us but Danielle was determined for us to have a great time none the less! The Cottage was beautifully presented and already decorated for Christmas, everything we needed including wood for the fire was ready and waiting, and the pre-warmed Hot tub was a real treat. Fantastic location on the outskirts of Bath, I would recommend the park and ride for a hassle free experience! We would definitely return here again :)

Such a lovely home - very beautifully presented. The house is on a country road so cars do go quite quickly past the house but it's absolutely the views and the house. There are a few steps in and around the property but this worked fine for disabled guests in our party. The management company were very responsive and the family next door were friendly and warm. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for our weekend. We had a great time and would come again!

Daffodil Cottage is a wonderfully cozy, peaceful and secluded retreat right in the heart of the countryside. The kitchen is well equipped to cook full meals from scratch. There was good supply of coffee pods for the Lavazza coffee machine, lovely crockery and all the cooking utensils, pots and pans that you might need. We enjoyed the bottle of prosecco thoughtfully left in the fridge. Great quality bed linen, with lovely white fluffy towels. The log burner, logs, kindling and fire lighters were great and made for cosy evenings in. Good size HD TV. Hot tub spotlessly clean and deliciously warm. A starlit dip on a cold frosty night was fab! Very pretty garden with different areas of seating. Lovely quiet and cosy cottage that I'd happily recommend.

Highly recommend staying here. From the warm welcome at the gate, to the lovely, clean and cosy lodge we stayed in - Olli’s space was fantastic. The attention to detail was great and found we had all the amenities and utilities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hot tub was lovely, as well as the waterfall shower and very comfy bed. We cannot wait to stay again and enjoy another fantastic stay with Olli. Thanks for having us!

We had the best stay at Uplands. The house was clean, the garden was huge and in an ideal location for good pubs/food, walks and activities for kids. The hosts responded quickly and were friendly. Will definitely go back.

From the moment we booked this place, we knew our weekend was going to be great. The accomodation looked beautiful and was in the perfect location as we wanted to head into Bath and Monkton Comb. Tony was very helpful over message and gave us plenty of information ahead of our booking. Check in was very easy and the house was beautiful with everything you would need - we could've moved in for months it was that well equipped! Thanks again for helping make this trip so special for my mum's birthday 🎂

Absolutely stunning place to stay, beautiful location, very peaceful, the cottage is finished to a high standard, fully equipped kitchen. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area. Unfortunately I was on a work trip and didn’t get to explore locally, but would love to return for a peaceful escape with my family.

We had a wonderful break with our two children. We loved staying in the converted barn and the garden and stunning views just made it extra special.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was very clean and spacious. Steve and Kirsty had left some milk for us which was appreciated for an immediate cup of tea and were very quickly responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend staying here!

Just the perfect place to explore the beautiful city of Bath from. A lovely spacious home that's just a short walk from the city centre, offering all the comforts of home, with the flexibility and ease of a hotel stay. Our children loved the stay and short walks exploring the Roman history all around. We will certainly be back for another stay in the future :)

Amy’s home was the perfect place for our young family to stay. Completely set up as if it were our own house , with every little detail thought of - baby monitors, bath toys, the lot! The house has absolutely everything you need , it’s clean, it’s quiet and cosy. Thanks Amy.

Lovely place to stay, very quiet but only 5 minute walk to regular buses into Bath (amongst many other places). Very well equipped kitchen! We had a very relaxing time and a cup of tea in the outside area was bliss.

Great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet! Fantastic location and hosts. Easy to find with the instructions provided.

The property is a great conversion of a barn built around 1913. Refitted a couple of years ago, everything is tastefully done, creating a very comfortable home-from-home. It is a short walk to the end of the Gorge where you can find attractions (caves, museums, etc), places to eat ("Zen Thai" was our favourite), gift shops (mostly selling cheese!), and walks up the side of the Gorge. It is also a similarly short walk (different direction) to food shops (Tescos Express or Sainsburys). We hope to return to the area, and the same property, later in the year to continue our exploration of this great part of the country. Sharon and Chris were lovely to chat with, and readily gave tips on places to go and things to do. The only issue we found during our stay was a preference for a firmer mattress. In response to this, Sharon and Chris went out the next day to look for new ones! Such lovely hosts :)

We stayed as a couple for two months. Lovely hosts are responsible, helpful, and friendly. Farm cottage with very good hygiene and also with beautiful garden. We often enjoyed riverside walk at Severn beach. We should have stayed longer.

Beautiful peaceful location. House had everything we needed and really nice that there was milk, tea, coffee and breakfast options provided. The beds were really comfortable. There were 3 of us so we had the additional bed up in the lounge area but this did not make it too cramped and we felt that the accommodation was better than in the photos. The bathroom was through the bedroom. Not an issue for us but to be aware of. There were lovely products in the bathroom. Pub close by in walking distance had a lovely meal. We had a great 1 night stay and would definitely recommend.
