Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the hot tub!

Such an amazing place with amazing hosts! Stayed for a long weekend to use a home base for some hiking in Utah, and was so sad to have to leave. Incredible views from the house and hot tub and it is so beautiful at night overlooking the town. There are super fun trails to run/hike less than a half mile up the road. Todd was so helpful and friendly. House was clean and had everything you could need. I can't wait to come back!

Location and the home itself could not have been better! The house was easy to find and no issues with parking whatsoever. It was within walking distance to restaurants and bars located a few blocks away. The hosts were so thoughtful in ensuring even the little things in a home were ready and easily accessible. It was exactly the getaway that was definitely needed to have fun and relax in one weekend. Thank you again Amy and Mitch for making our stay amazing!

We had a great time! It was super cozy and a really good fit for our dogs with the fenced in yard. Would definitely return!

Great location, great space, lots of room for bike storage in the garage and cars in the driveway! The property mgmt team had more rules about dogs that they did not share until the day before our trip started.

The house is beautiful. loved sitting on the porch. The cat was sweet. Had a great weekend with the girls. Lots of room inside and out.

We LOVED our stay here. The property is amazing. It’s so fun to explore the wilderness that surrounds it. We loved sitting by the pond and watching the frogs. We also really enjoyed the fun outdoor games available. Our dogs had so much room to run and absolutely loved it. The inside of the home is beautiful. Rachel has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We also loved how close the property was to all of our activities. We went horseback riding, rafting, wine tasting and visited the Colorado National Monument…all within 10 minutes of the property. Highly recommend!!

There's no word to describe how amazing this place is! if you are an animal lover, you have to stay here! it was a little slice of heaven and we really enjoyed spending our christmas at this place. We went out every morning and fed the animals treats, got to interact with them as much as we wanted. It was really cool to wake up, open my eyes and see all the animals out the window. awe are big dog lovers in our family and were missing our own pets so it was really great to have the dogs wandering around the property, and we could let them in the house with us to hang out any time we wanted. We will definitely be back to this place!

This is a great place to stay!! It is clean, quiet and well equipped- in addition to having our own suite, we had a private patio to relax and bbq ! No problem with parking and the suite is centrally located within Grand Junction - in addition to being a great host, Mitch’s knowledge of the area and recommendations was extremely helpful ! We were very comfortable and felt very welcomed ! We would definitely stay again !!

Wonderful spot for folks looking to get away from it all. Very quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife. Great walking trails and scenic views on the property. John and Tina were very responsive to our needs, but still gave us plenty of space and privacy. Highly recommended!

Super cute place, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and couches with lots of extra blankets. The patio is spacious and has an amazing view. Jared & Jami are very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!

This charming, quirky cottage is 10 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. The front entrance and interior were decorated for autumn and Halloween. You are welcomed with snacks, cold filtered water, and popsicles in the freezer. Julia provides brochures to take advantage of the many activities in the area. The private backyard has a grape arbor, gazebo, huge trees, and colorful gardens. Inside the cottage it is private and very quiet. Parking next to the cottage. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Thick, fluffy towels. The space is larger than the photos show. Julia is a friendly host and responds quickly. I’ll stay here again and would recommend Sycamore Cottage to friends.

This is the second time we stayed here. The location is great for our needs-snowboarding. The rental is clean and comfortable. We cooked some meals like we were at home. The location is great. We just happen to be here in the winter when the peaches are not in season. Kristi was helpful and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend Kristi and the rental. If things work out next year, we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location met our needs. It was so peaceful and had great views on the Grand Mesa and Mt Garfield. The house was fully equipped with great front and back porches to sit and eat or just enjoy the surroundings. Lorna stopped by and greeted us. She was very responsive to all messages. Will return here.

Bev's place is located on a hill with a very nice view of the morning sunrise. We spent several mornings and evenings sitting on the patio relaxing in prep for or following our daily strenuous activities. The location is away from the busyness of Grand Junction but close enough to access whatever you need. The pictures accurately reflect the property...just be aware that there is no oven which was not a big deal for us. Laundry is available in the unit. Even though we had temps in the 80s, the property was nice and cool without running the available air conditioning. If you're looking for a place to veg-out during your down time but be accessible to the activities around GJ, you can't beat this one.

We had a great time at Jackie's place. Her place looks good on the listing photos, but even better in person. There are so many places to sit and relax. The bedrooms are roomy. The kitchen is great. As a hostess, Jackie has surpassed them all. She left snacks and had water bottles by every bed. She even left sample toiletries. The kitchen had a really cute coffee/tea station too. I wish our stay was longer and we had more time to enjoy the amenities. We didn't even get to use the outside dining areas and fire pit. I loved being close to town and having the ability to walk for breakfast.

We loved Jessica's place. It was a llittle small for our 30 day stay, but it had everything we needed. Jessica was awesome and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.
