What a cozy stay in the heart of Grand Junction. If the weather were warmer we could have walked to town for dinner and exploring.

The idyllic setting and beautiful accommodations of this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the special touches throughout the living spaces made our out of town guests feel right at home. The hospitality shown to us by the host was exceptional, making the stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and look forward to utilizing it again in the future!

We had a great time at Eric & Jody's in Fruita! We picked it for the location and amenities - it did not disappoint! The garage is massive and oversized with plenty of room for an SUV or truck and still plenty of room to park the bikes in there as well. Also, the king sized bed and couch were so comfortable. We enjoyed walking to food and the central location to the many trails in the area. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Fruita and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a great location!

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

Our stay was great. Easy to find. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. We couldn't believe we had 4 bathrooms, what a bonus! Fit my family perfectly and the basement apartment was really helpful, what a great use of space. This was a very "easy" airbnb experience and we felt very comfortable in the house. Thank you for offering such a nice, clean, comfortable property for our family to enjoy.

The Chainstay was awesome, will book again when in Fruita. The place was very clean and maintained and step up well to accommodate our bike needs. Jennifer is a great host!

Lovely stay right in the heart of grand junction. Super easy access from the airport and a really cozy place! The beds were incredible comfortable and the place had all the essentials.

Isabel was super communicative and responsive. We needed to rent her place for a month and she gave us a really nice discount. Everything was as described the location was great.

My husband and I and my four young kids (including 1yr twins), stayed here for about 10 days and it was wonderful! Candice was very accommodating and provided a Pak n play, high chair, and even plastic tableware for the kids - all extra steps to help us feel at home. The location is very central and has a bunch of eateries around. One of the days we drove to Moab and that was beautiful. Highly recommend this place!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Grand Junction! The location was convenient as it was easy to get downtown. There is also a grocery store a few minutes away and a local ice cream shop! The Airbnb itself was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed. The full kitchen was perfect to make big meals in, as well as stocked for morning coffee. Definitely worth staying here and would come back.
