I had the pleasure of staying at Parveen’s Airbnb, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I booked, communication was clear and prompt, and the check-in process was seamless. The space itself was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, cozy place to stay. I will definitely be booking again the next time I'm in town!

Great place hosted by Sufyan The entrance to the building can be a little off putting as construction is happening, but the apt itself is very modern, comfortable, and clean as shown in the pictures. There is an enclosed balcony area. The place is secure, as there is always someone in the lobby area. There is parking available in the basement. Unfortunately, no gas was available but this is a citywide problem. The area is great, close to many amenities and restaurants, and easy access to Shahra-e-Faisal. The on-site manager, Zahid, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all requests. Of note, although there are ACs in each bedroom, the common area lacks one so this may be a problem in the hotter months. Otherwise a good place to stay when in Karachi

Host is very cooperative whatever problems i had he was available 24/7 and really cooperated during my stay. Really nice place to stay

The location is awesome — just a couple of hundred metres from the beach. Facilities are basic but all necessary things are provided. Recommended.

It was a excellent experience . One of the Best apartments in karachi with it’s unique premium feel as whole apartment have high quality wooden finish.The place where we stayed was the exact one which was shown in the pictures, it was very neat & clean. Location provided is Accurate. Manager Mr Asif is very helpful as he guided everything whenever I needed him.Noman is very responsive host. He replied immediately whenever I contacted him. This place is highly recommended whenever you are in need of apartment to live with peace and luxury

Jarry was a great and highly responsive host, we found him pleasant to talk and deal with. The apartment is comfortable, clean and very well located. Overall this is a lovely accommodation with all the necessities. Highly recommended 😊

It was great stay at Zain’s place. Zain is very accommodating and responsive. Looked exactly how it was pictured. Mr. Noor is great help and available almost every time you call him. Overall great place. Youtube Premium , Netflix was a plus! Zain and Hira are great Host. Keep it up.

Saad has been a very great host and was available 24hrs. Place is very neat and clean including rooms and toilets. Apartment is at very good location in clifton Bath Island. Will always recommend for anyone.

I was offered alternative apartment before my check-in due to local water supply issue.very nice apartment. only problem was the dusty weather of Karachi no matter how much one cleans the dust comes in immediately after opening of the window. the apartment whilst on 9 th floor attracts road noise which was a bit of inconvenience to sleep but that can be sorted with some sort of white noise. will recommend the place as host is very accommodating and once an issue has been raised was resolved immediately

This is my best Airbnb experience yet. easy to book. and owner replied to me i. seconds. one of the easiest location to find with lots of necessities nearby. Cleanliness surpassed my expectation. With all the modern furniture, it made my stay wonderful. i would not only stay again at same place but also recommend anyone who wants to stay at hassle-free, spotless, and convenient place.

Hi, I found the 4th floor 3 bedroom apartment in excellent condition, kept very clean. Kitchen had all the essential cutlery and utensils which we required. A few items we bought it ourselves at a good price from shops outside. There was gas cooker but no gas this is a problem with the whole of Karachi. We had used the electric single hob cooker provided and had no issues. Since it was self catering flat we had to buy all our groceries, Nestle water bottles from local shops occasionally going to the restaurants outside to order food. There is a good restaurant called DUA restaurant where I often went to order stuff, just around the corner. I initially, I expected the lights to go out often however, went out twice only for a short while. No problem with water shortage. Cleaner would come in as and when required to clean toilets and sweep the floor. Paid 400-500 rps each time. Syed and Azhar were quick to respond and carry out any basic repairs if needed.....regards Hasan

I must say it was better than expected. I didn’t think that the place would be this clean and comfortable to stay in. It’s a lovely spot for a small family/couple. The area is well-lit so I would 100% say it’s safe. There is a building guard at all times & he is very helpful. The house it self is located on the second floor with an accessible lift. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lounge area is perfect. Kitchen is good as well. Bathrooms are clean and both rooms have their own bathroom/toilet. I honestly have nothing to complain about: the house has been amazing! So so responsive and actively was online to help out. Within minutes he got any issues resolved such as wifi etc. Anything we needed he sorted out and has been really helpful. Not many people are like this. If you are looking for a place to stay then this is deffo it. It’s worth the money. It’s not the loudest area but it has a vibe. So many things are local to this place. There is a mart around the corner as well!
