very comfortable and clean property in a perfect location. We came down to Margate for a weekend by the sea enjoying the fresh air, the beautiful coastal walks and the superb culinary delights. Thank you Kish & Fiona for letting us stay in your property.

This townhouse is a stone's throw from the beach and right in the heart of Ramsgate. We stayed for a family Christmas and Maria decorated the house and was very helpful and responsive. The house was actually bigger than we imagined and had lots of communal spaces to accommodate a large family group. The furniture was not the same as in the photos but was actually newer and lovely so that was a nice surprise. The rooms were each a decent size and we'll spaced out throughout the house. There are a lot of floors! I'd happily stay here again, it was lovely.

Beautiful little "Hideaway", clean, tidy, more than enough space. 2 bathrooms is a big plus. The location was just amazing!! A couple of minutes walk to the beach or much less just for a beautiful view of the sea!! Sally is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Slight issue with Kettle, which was resolved very quickly and replaced with a brand new kettle! Just across the road for the Band Stand which in the Summer/Early Autumn months seems to have a very lovely community feel. We visited Ramsgate, Margate, Herne Bay and Dover and Broadstairs is BY FAR the best choice!! Peaceful, though still lively enough. I could go on and on, myself, my husband, our 6 year old boy and toddler daughter all LOVED it. We would return in a flash and hopefully will one day x

Lovely stay at this bolthole during a few days away in Broadstairs. The place had everything we needed.

Very cool flat in a great location, easy to get to the seaside, old town and Cliftonville. Flat has everything you would need and the log fire is great in winter. Hosts very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We booked Richard's place for a company engineering offsite and the group absolutely loved it. The location was perfect with easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the sea. The house itself was lovely, spacious and had comfy beds. All around a great place to stay!

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

Nous avons passés un excellent week-end. Le logement était impeccable très bien agencé, comme sur les photos. Pas loin de la plage on peut se balader facilement. Bon emplacement Emma a été une hôte très sympathique a l'écoute de ses clients toujours disponible et très compréhensible. Je la recommande vivement

Denise met us to check in and was super friendly and helpful. The caravan was gorgeous - comfy, clean and well equipped. We settled in quickly and had a lovely couple of days. Kids loved the games and it was nice to cosy up by the fire and watch a movie while it rained outside. Highly recommend!

Great stay, the van was immaculate and the description was very accurate, location was good and very peaceful, very easy handover on arrival and departure so all in all a very nice weekend away, thank you Nadine

We had a lovely Xmas stay at Maggies home, the house is very spacious and located directly on the coast, perfect for walks with our dogs, we had a great time and would definitely return for another stay.

Another fantastic stay, second Christmas at the house and loved every second. You really couldn’t wish for more, it really does cater for all your needs. Bumped into the lovely Bill and Alan on arrival as we were keen beans to get there and they let us check in early! Any questions they were on call .This will definitely not be our last stay at the house - we’ve had best time. Thank you for letting us be your guests x

The stay and the holiday home was great. Most important thing for us was cleanliness and the place met our expectations. Clean linen, towels and furnishing. It’s less than 5 minute walk away from the beach. Central heating and Samsung heater/cooler was great. TV in the living room and each guest room for when relaxing. Cordless vacuum in the cupboard. Some toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Some bread, jam and butter for us when we arrived which was good. All in all, was a lovely stay. Will come again.

We had the absolute best weekend staying at Beacon House. The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all huge and everything was of a high standard. The house felt very homelike and the bedrooms were of hotel standard. Lovely touches like everyone having their own towels provided, toiletries in all the bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The views from the terrace are stunning, the house has a really warm family feel but it’s so spacious that no one was on top of each other. We could all come together in the living room and play games with room to spare. Thankyou to these lovely hosts for letting us borrow their home for the weekend, we will definitely make a return trip as we all just loved it.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit charmantem altenglischen Flair in traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer. Liana und Clive sind hervorragende Gastgeber – stets ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

Excellent location within very short walking distance to the centre with many great restaurants and bars nearby. Beautiful view out of the windows and gorgeous decor throughout the property. Maria was the perfect host and gave us many great recommendations. Checking in and out was seamless. Would highly recommend staying here!

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Had a great stay at Herne bay, A fantastic sea view via the huge bay window in the lounge, we could’ve easily sat there all day watching the world go by! Very spacious property and nicely decorated. Perfect for our little family getaway!

Flat was a lovely clean space in a beautiful location next to the sea, walking distance to amenities and Quex Park (1.6 miles which took 40 minutes). Host was helpful and friendly always responding very quickly to any questions . Would recommend this property as a lovely get away by the sea.
