This was a truly beautiful home that was perfect for our week along the coast of Connecticut. The home was impeccably clean and setup with an amazing bathroom and kitchen. Set in a peaceful area north of Niantic, it was a perfect place for my family and I to head out to many coastal adventures. We had close access to Mystic and New Haven with a short road trip to Newport. Jason and Colleen were wonderful hosts and have setup their place amazingly easy to get in and utilize. From the available bikes in the basement to the games my kids quickly found to play, this was a perfect place for us this week. Highly recommend to others looking for a great CT coastline getaway!

Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

Great place to stay clean and close to the event we went to… they were helpful and allowed us to stay 1 hr longer for our convenience… there was only one TV in the house so if you have kids make sure they have their tablets or they will control the one TV other than that it was enough space for us…. Thanks

I was in the area because my father had a stroke. Mark was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His brother and mother both helped me tremendously during a very challenging time! What an incredibly kind, compassionate and caring family. The house was adorable very well stocked convenient location with a beautiful walk to the river! Highly recommend.

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Our family opted for a trip to New London to reconnect with our family for Thanksgiving. We were able to utilize the beautiful dining room for our dinner . We loved staying at Rosa’s place and were very comfortable . Just a note - there is only one bathroom and it is on the second floor ( as are all the bedrooms) We made this work but can be difficult with a larger family . It would definitely not deter me from booking again! This place was beautiful. The surrounding area and ease of access was comforting ! Would definitely stay here again .

Josh's place was great. Very comfortable, roomy & clean. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was beautiful and had all the needed supplies to cook a proper meal. The house is conveniently located being less than 5 minutes down the road from gas stations, restaurants, stop & shop and more, yet perfectly tucked away down a quiet road. We will definitely be back!

Staying at Robert’s place was such a great experience. The property was beautiful, and the surrounding area was calm and scenic making it feel like a perfect getaway. Robert was super responsive and easy to talk to, which made everything smooth from start to finish. It was really nice meeting him in person—he even greeted us in Swedish and gave us a little tour of the place, which made us feel extra welcome. We look forward to come visit again to explore the area more!

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Clare was a fantastic host. She helped us with getting around which was super helpful because we didn’t have a car. Her food recommendations were great. All in all, she created a warm and welcoming atmosphere which made our stay in Montauk a beautiful experience. Thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenience to local eateries. The home was very comfortable and plenty of room for us. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! It was a very nice place in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Space was clean and well stocked. Host was very friendly and check in was a breeze. I wouldn’t recommend for a super light sleeper, as you do hear the footsteps and dogs barking from upstairs, but it didn’t bother us at all. 10/10 Will definitely consider this location again next time we have an event in Hartford! (oh and there was a super cute and friendly fat cat that would hang outside with us, love that guy)

I was very pleased at the pet- friendly features of this home away from home. There was lighting throughout the edge of the backyard which allowed me to safely take my dogs out before bedtime. We also took short walks in the neighborhood. The area was very quiet at night and I slept very well. I lived in the same city in a different area for years and had never experienced that level of quiet!

William is the perfect host! Super responsive and accommodating. Huckleberry Quarters is adorable and the location is beautiful. This was my second visit and I look forward to returning the next time I’m in Redding!

I didnt want to leave this little cabin in the woods. It felt rustic but had all the modern amenities you would expect in a home. From the rocking chairs on the porch to the comfy beds, there is nothing I could complain about, even if I tried. Marilyn gave excellent suggestions of places to eat and local current events. We left with fall apples, bellies full of clam chowder, and gigantic smiles!!! We have already started planning our return!

Our family of four had a wonderful winter weekend at Erma’s house. The house was comfortable, even during a winter storm. Erma made sure to have the driveway plowed, so we could still enjoy a day of skiing. And the sunset views were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great find! Hidden cottage away from the road, with lots of space to sit indoors and outdoors. Master bedroom spacious but missing blinds, make sure to bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in! Enjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Second time staying at this location. Very well equipped (has everything one needs for the stay -- all basic pots/pans and utensils, olive oil/salt/sugar, trash bags/kitchen towels and more). Great perk in booking with airbnb was that the price included bottled water, s'more kit, 3 packs of firewood and starter (which in total was about $50+ worth when purchasing at site). Clean cabin, spacious beds. Although all the cabins around were full, it was very quiet. We stayed at the two-bed cabin and it worked great with our two young kids. Overall, a very easy escape from the city!

Marina was a doll! The listing for her humble abode was exact and descriptive. Everything was laid out extremely clear in the guest book. The house was pristine and very cozy. Marina stocked it up with everything you could possibly need. The decor and all of the personal touches added to the homey feel. It housed my boyfriend and me perfectly. The beach is an 8 minute walk and stunning. What a relaxing getaway. Book with Marina! ❤️

Our second stay at Angela’s. This Airbnb never disappoints. A private and relaxing oasis. The cabin is comfortable and well maintained. Quality hosts that make you feel at home. The sauna was clean and always ready to go. Five star Airbnb. Looking forward to our next stay.
