This place has amazing views of wildlife off the porch in the mornings! We were looking for an affordable,quiet,and homey place for the weekend and this fit the bill! Super close to shopping and all the things that are Ruidoso. George is super responsive and was a great host. If you need a very Home like place in Ruidoso that has all the basics covered at a great rate this is a good place to go!

Ian’s place was an amazing spot in Ruidoso, NM. The perfect location, minutes to the midtown area, and not far from spots like Ski Apache and Winter Park. Ian’s house is perfect for a small family like ours! The only downside is, the cleaning fee is kinda steep, and you’re responsible for removing all bedding, taking out the trash, moving all towels and linens to the downstairs laundry room. Previous AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at that require that of guests, the cleaning fee isn’t as expensive. But honestly, it wasn’t too bad, We will most definitely be back in the future, and we would highly recommend staying at Ian’s place!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Kaylah’s place. She was helpful from the day of check-in until we checked out. She even stopped by and replaced the Roku stick so we could watch TV together. Definitely recommend and we hope to come back soon.

The place matched the description perfectly and Kim was very responsive and helpful with everything. The neighborhood was very beautiful and peaceful.

Joel is an amazing Host. very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes great pride in his home. We had such a great time on our first ever galstacation! We were hopping in and out of the hot tub in the Snow!!! The deer.... can I talk about the wildlife for a sec? Wow Wow so many deer families everywhere! I can't wait to go back in the summer months to enjoy the teepee!!!!!!

The owner truly thought of every detail with this beautiful place. The unit looks recently remodeled and appliances look brand new. The layout was perfect and so cozy. We loved spending our anniversary here and will have fond memories for a lifetime.

Great place! Very quiet area, parking is right outside the door. Inside was very clean and comfortable. Nice balcony to check out the small creek. Just a few minutes to Inn of the mountain Gods Casino. Will stay again for sure !

Great location, well-equipped with amenities, spacious and cozy place that my family enjoyed.

Lots of space for our family of 6 to settle in. Wish we would have stayed another night. We were passing through and wanted a waypoint at White Sands - got in late and left early the next day. I think I would have enjoyed the sunroom if we’d stayed longer. The California king was a rare luxury in this price range!

The space was clean, with minimal instructions and clear communication. Had essential items and Walmart nearby was super convenient. I really enjoyed my stay—it felt nostalgically like how Airbnbs used to be: simple, welcoming, and affordable.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy driving access to White Sands National Park, Three Rivers Petroglyph Site, and other local attractions. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and we found it clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the thoughtful amenities provided. It really made our stay more enjoyable. Pro tip for anyone visiting White Sands National Park: check the garage! We were thrilled to find sleds and wax left by previous guests, which saved us from having to purchase them. We appreciated the convenience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to other families looking for a comfortable base to explore the region.

Home is located close to the main town with everything you need very close by, you can see they have experience with the equipment and all your basic needs covered, greatly appreciate the attention to the small details awesome when you are trying to enjoy and relax.

We loved the cabin, great for a quick getaway weekend. Perfect location, It’s close to all the stores and restaurants. We definitely recommend it and hopefully we will be back soon.

We rented Marshall’s cabin to have a peaceful and comfortable home base while we vacationed near Ruidoso. And it did not disappoint! Nestled in the woods outside of Ruidoso it was absolutely gorgeous with a stream running right through the backyard! I wanted some peace and quiet for my birthday and I got it! It was enough space for me, my husband, and our two kids. It had everything we needed. They had a blast in the stream. This will be our go to anytime we’re in the area 🙂

We felt at home and enjoyed the 2-night stay at this lovely house. The location is great for us to visit White Sands NP. Melissa provided many useful information including place to eat. We were originally disappointed the sleds were not available for us to take to White Sands NP, but we ended up renting sand board at visitor center with $25 and had so much fun. We have college kids so it turned out better doing sand boarding. We would love to come back to stay longer to visit other fun places. Thank you, Melissa.

It was beautiful did not disappoint but the sad part pool was under maintenance and didn’t get to swim

I have never Booked an Air BNB before. Host was super helpful and welcoming, I would recommend to any body! Super quiet and peaceful !

Just far enough from midtown to avoid the traffic, but close enough to be where the action is in minutes. Beautiful view of green spaces with a combination of indoor and outdoor seating options. Everything we needed to feel right at home for a few days away from the grind.

Loved this peaceful, quiet area! Will be back.
