If you’re looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay in Fresno, this spot is the perfect choice. Everything is as described online and it beats any local hotel in my opinion. 5 stars all around.

This home set the standards now for all my Air BNB's now, from the price to homes design. It was perfection from the moment we walked in with its breathe taking beauty. In addition to all it amenities they also have your staple necessities to cook a quick meal. Highly recommend

So glad Chateau Yale was available! We love to stay here. Perfect place in a good location. Has everything we need, comfortable, kitchen is well outfitted, water and dryer are always a bonus. Scott is great with responses and very accommodating.

Felt right at home the moment we stepped in, lots of thoughtful little items placed in the accommodation that made us feel taken care of (from little snacks on the table, to the board games, and the extra amenities in the toilet). Also the space is beautiful and cosy. Recommended!

great spot, close to all the bars and restaurants in tower district, easy to find parking, very spacious with kitchen/tv etc - would def recommend :)

Great stay! The location was perfect, close to many attractions including the shopping mall. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. I loved the community garden just outside, and the neighbors were friendly, even inviting us to check out and pick some of their produce. Communication was excellent, and they allowed us to check in a bit early, which was much appreciated. The only minor downside, which wasn’t the host’s fault, was occasionally hearing planes overhead at night and some noise from neighboring footsteps after quiet hours which sounded like they were running around. Overall, a wonderful experience and bang for your buck!

This house was terrific! We would definitely stay there again. The house was clean and quiet and very close to the Tower District.

Like this place so much, I stayed twice! What a great place to stay! I wanted to be able to make my own meals while in Clovis being a taxi driver for my Mom and Aunt. Was able to make a custard for my Aunts birthday easily which was so nice! The place is perfect for one or even two people and I always carry my roku stick to watch what I want but Ashley does have a smart tv with all the amenities if you need it! Opening up both windows gives a nice cross breeze too. Nice couch, bed and shower too. All good things to say about this place!
