Nice and clean house in a quiet neighborhood.

Thank you, Christopher! Your home is beautiful and very well kept. The home was big enough to accommodate my group and I. My group felt comfortable and at home. A super plus, because our family members were literally around the block from us. Close proximity to grocery stores and all kind of shopping. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Communication was great with Christopher. Only thing was, only 1 trash bag for our entire stay, 5 days. No big deal, there were stores around for us to purchase some. Thank you, again, for opening your home to my family and I on such a short notice!

Stayed here for 10 days from the UK as we had a wedding in Fresno. Property was amazing we had 9 guests and there was more than enough space. Kitchen is easy to use as well as appliances in the house. Heating/AC easy to use. Great location as plenty of restaurants/supermarkets about 10 mins by driving. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Fresno

Beautiful, clean, and spacious home. Has everything you need in a home and in a good neighborhood. Had a small issue with the water heater not on, but host was responsive and came out to fix in a timely manner.

This is our third stay at 4T Acre Ranch and won’t be our last… We have a great time every time. Jim and Missy are awesome hosts and always a phone call away if you need them. Our friends and family have nothing but great memories when staying on the ranch! Can’t wait to return to what we call our 20 minute paradise from home. Best place to turn off the phones and enjoy your stay:)

We had an awesome stay at Phoung‘s place. You will find everything you need and more space then you need. We can definitely recommend!

Natalie was super easy to communicate with , she easily accommodated us with extending our time at her home and since We needed medical accommodations which we easily achieved in her home because of the one story walk ability for a walker and wheel chair. The home wasn’t cluttered that assisted with those needs. We had several family members visiting and having home coming dinners , the house was accommodating to all of our needs including the hot tub in the late evening for relaxation. The new upgrades made it very easy to accommodate laptops for several people without any hitches.100 % we would stay there again and I will definitely refer family members to stay in her home when they come to town to visit . Great place for all ages with restaurants and shopping close by.

Was a very nice and quite area, lot of places to go to around the area. Hot tub was very nice, and it was nice to be able to park my truck in the backyard behind the gate. I drove up to Fresno for work and I was able to have peace of mind that my truck and tools would be safe. Even though the area seemed relatively safe, I'm sure my tuck would have been okay being parked in the driveway, I apricate the extra peace of mind. Robert is very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Fresno.

Beautiful home in Fresno. Worked out perfectly for our needs for this trip. Everyone loved the place and also thought it was perfect!! I wish it had been summer to enjoy the beautiful pool. Back yard is so inviting.

Nachatar is a great host and truly cares about his guests. I highly recommend his home to everyone looking to stay in Fresno. He chanrges reasonable rates and his house beats every hotel out there in Fresno. The house is giant with lots of soace and the biew from the balcony is amazing. You can see horses running around in a meadow behind the house in the mornings. Nachhatar goes above and beyond to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Michele’s place was awesome! Great location, very safe neighborhood near good restaurants. The space was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again!!
