Irwin Cottage is gorgeous! It was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

We had a very cozy night at this room. There are many blankets and pillows and the rain at night made it perfect. The garden and the roses in front of the windows are absolutely dreamy. We used the great grill and the kitchenette too and it had everything we needed. Ray is very kind and had great tips for the surrounding. We would stay here again.

What a blissful retreat! So cosy and welcoming with all you need for an off grid retreat. The snug cabin is in peaceful surrounds that feel private and remote but very convenient to access lots of activities in the area. Great for our family and Sarah is a wonderful host. We can’t wait for our next escape.

We came as a group of 7, 18 year-old boys and had the best time. Would be ideal for a family or anyone young as well. Beautiful walks all around and a great escape from city life. Thank you so much.

This house has an amazing view and so much space. It was absolutely perfect for a group of five adults that needed their own space. It also had absolutely everything you need to feel at home.

Had a lovely stay in the Catlins with so much to do. the local beach is beautiful and the perfect place to watch a sunrise after a cosy evening completing a puzzle or throwing some darts. The place is as described and we had no issues as Renee leaves a thorough and well thought out set of instructions. This covers everything you need to know for a lovely retreat to New Zealands finest area.

What a fantastic place to stay, especially if you are riding the Clutha Gold Trail. It's right on the route. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. Bridget went out of her way to help us. Organizing a pre cooked dinner, as we were biking with little place to carry this from Lawrence. I would definitively recommend a stay here.
