David was a fabulous host and very accommodating. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee and watching the golfers tee off. Excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the use of the bikes.

My group and I loved Lily’s place during our trip! It was clean, homey, and spacious but also felt luxurious all at the same time. We had all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. Lily was kind and responsive to any questions we had about our stay and was super accommodating to our requests. The gated community was safe and super clean as well. Definitely would recommend!

Devin was very responsive and helpful. The location of her place is great. 7-8 minutes to downtown. Great hiking within a 20 minute drive. Located adjacent to a preserve for walking. Really enjoyed our stay and we plan to return.

For last minute, this was ideal for us. Check in was easy and all staff members very friendly and helpful. Had one service issue that was dealt with quickly, only hiccup was someone had to be in the unit while they took care of the issue so that was a little inconvenient. Location was perfect for access to restaurants and activities. Especially great for getting to to Indian Wells. Overall I would definitely look to use Les' help again for subsequent visits of this length.

We were glad to return to the Waverly unit. We did have a few issues when we arrived but , as usual, Tawny was all over the issues and got things corrected! We love your professionalism and we will be back next year!!

This place is PERFECT! This was our first time in Palm Springs so we were unsure of the area and didn't know what to expect. It was easy to walk to the Convention Center (as this trip was more work related). Many restaurants are nearby as well as nightlife and we felt safe walking around. The spa heats up quickly, living area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need! The little touches with extra towels, bath robes, blankets, laundry capabilities, extra cleaning supplies and coffe/tea available made it feel even more welcoming. The views are stunning and David was extremely kind and always prompt with responses. There was even flexibility due to late flights - greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an enjoyable and stress free stay!

Small but clean and cozy. Newly renovated with nice interior. Pool nearby and clean. Quiet complex with little activity. Very nice place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jerry and Craig's. Beautiful house with beautiful surroundings. Jerry and Craig are excellent hosts.

This place is perfect. There is plenty of space, the condo is clean, and the views are beautiful. The kitchen has the basics to cook and the bedrooms are comfortable. Our host was very responsive and made the entire trip easy. I would definitely love to come back! :)

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful week long stay. The condo is very cute, comfortable, had all the essentials we needed, and beautiful views! The Octillo Lodge itself is a very cool place! The pool is lovely and everyone that we chatted with were incredibly friendly. We hiked every nearly every morning with great local hiking as well as a few day trips to Joshua Tree. We were able to walk to some awesome restaurants too! We loved both Kings Highway and El Jefe! Matt greeted us when we arrived. He was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations. It’s a really great location with easy access to so much. Would absolutely recommend staying here as we ourselves look forward to returning in the future!

What a lovely and spacious unit for my little family. We were actually in town for a tennis tournament. Location was perfect and it was easy and convenient to get in and out! Parking was no issue at all. Indian Wells is less than 10 minutes away. The unit made us feel at home with everything we need. The hosts were also available whenever I had a question from booking to when we were about to check out. Thank you Alex for making our stay comfortable.

Great little place in PalmSprings. Great location to get around the area, some good walking spots around as well. Easy to find and get access to the complex. The complex is well looked after as is the property. Love the BBQ in the back for cooking in the evening. Back garden is private, and perfect for chilling.

We had a fantastic stay—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The home was comfortable, well-stocked, and perfect for our family. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We also lucked out with beautiful weather, which made it even better! One of the best parts was having the pool just steps away—it couldn't have been more convenient. We’d happily stay here again!

A wonderful stay in a quiet community with very responsive and helpful hosts. Really appreciated Jimmy going above and beyond when we left some things behind. Unit is comfy and stylish with super friendly neighbors. Pool and hot tub are great amenities.

I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

We rent from Joe every February, and have never had any problems. Joe is a wonderful host who always makes sure we are informed about any changes with the condo association rules. He is very concerned with our comfort and very responsive to any questions. Joe is the best host we have ever rented from.

This home was serene, spectacularly clean, and incredibly stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and recreational goodies (like yoga mats, coolers, insulated mugs). What a joy! We enjoyed the apartment and the community grounds, quick access to Palm Springs, walking the neighborhood streets, and proximity to markets. Thank you !

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful community, nice accommodations, centrally located. Great to be so close to the well maintained pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. The management team is really great and we’re very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Staying at Jackie’s was like staying in someone’s home. It was better than in the pictures and came fully equipped with everything we needed. All was clearly explained in documentation. Lovely place and a great time.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in awhile and it all starts with the host. Accommodating to the max! Will definitely stay with this host again. Everything was perfect. Great view of the mountains from the master bedroom. Everything you need is here! 5 stars all around ⭐️

My 3 friends and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Willie & Katie’s condo. They have a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, very comfortable couches (seriously need to know where they got them so I can buy one! Lol), very spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. One of the pool/hot tub areas is literally across the street which was lovely. And a parking spot in the garage to keep our car out of the blazing sun. They were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Palm Desert. Highly recommended!
