Absolutely lovely property! Everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean. Well equipped, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We appreciated the nice quality linens and pillows. Beautifully constructed. We had a couple of questions, and Mark was very responsive and accommodating. It is easy walking distance into town, with a great bagel and coffee shop just up the street. Nice not to have to deal with parking to get to the shops and cafes. There is a tight, spiral staircase to get upstairs and low doorframes into the bedrooms, if that is a concern (we now understand the "Hobbit" House reference ). But my husband is 6'2" and he loved the house, and did not mind watching his head. The ceilings in the rooms are vaulted and gorgeous. 100% would recommend the stay!

David’s place is even better than the photos. Charming, FULLY stocked with kitchen supplies, roomy and well cared for. We enjoyed using the fireplace and cooking in the kitchen, which has anything you could need, including spices.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here! We were displaced due to the Eaton Fire, and from the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel truly cared for. Check-in was an incredible experience—we were graciously given complimentary early arrival, and they took the time to personally walk us through the beautiful home, ensuring we had everything we needed. This amazing hospitality continued through our whole stay. The property itself is a dream. Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The layout was perfect for us, especially since we both had to work—the bedrooms being on opposite ends of the house gave us the privacy we needed. Speaking of privacy, the entire space felt like a peaceful retreat, tucked away yet so thoughtfully designed for relaxation. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. Thank you for your hospitality—it meant the world to us during a difficult time!

Our stay at Robin's Nest was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is well decorated and has a cozy mountain feel to it. The view is incredible; words cannot describe how breathtaking the view is. There is plenty of outside, comfortable furniture to sit on the back deck and enjoy the view. There are two rockers on the front porch which were perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets if needed. The linens in the bathrooms were fresh and clean and were plentiful for our family of five. We only left the cabin once in our three day stay because we had everything we needed. The fenced backyard was large enough for snow play! We even enjoyed the hammock in the winter! The kitchen is large and well equipped; we made all of our meals with ease. The host provided a welcome basket with waters, snacks, local maps, and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Big Bear!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Can’t say enough about how beautiful and cozy this house was. Felt so peaceful to be there and our family loved it, we all had such a comfortable and amazing time it felt just like home. There is a zoo about 3 mins away from the house which is amazing when you go with kids, everything was pretty close to the house, restaurants, stores, etc.. the beds were really comfortable and warm. William answer all my questions really fast. Butch the guy that greeted us was really nice and gave us a tour to the house and explained everything to us.. I can go on and on about the amazing experience we had… definitely 10 out of 10 so glad we pick this house.

Cabin was perfect for our quick getaway out of town. Primary bed was very comfortable and relaxing . Back yard was great at night with natural gas fire pit and gazebo . Kitchen had everything we needed and We cant wait to rebook soon . Thank you Greg and Garrett for hosting us !

Charlie's place was simply amazing! This was a staycation getaway for my wife's bday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was quiet, private and plenty big for our party of 6 with lots of seating and space for entertainment. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a full day of snowfall which was a huge factor in visiting Big Bear. Of course we took advantage and did some sledding just out front, built a snowman, and took lots of pictures. If visiting during winter/snowfall snow chains are a must and I would highly recommend bringing your own shovel to help clear the stairs and more importantly clear a path for your car. We weren't able to park in the driveway due to the snow but the walk up was not as bad as some have noted (my 5 year-old had no issues)Lastly, the location of Charlie's place sits at a slightly higher elevation vs the "downtown" area which was great as i noticed we received snow fall when at home vs none when i drove into town. We'll definitely be back!

Bryan is a fantastic host and highly responsive when answering questions about his place and activities in Big Bear. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Snow Summit, making it incredibly convenient for skiing or snowboarding. I would definitely stay here again!"

The Nest was absolutely amazing!! Loved the colors,decor, layout, very clean, and definitely spacious for 2 people. Kerrie was very nice, and responsive when reaching out. The area was quiet/peaceful and within walking distance of the main restaurants/shopping area. Me and my husband enjoyed my birthday getaway!! Definitely recommend The Nest! Thanks!!!

Cole's two bedroom unit, each with its own bathroom, was perfect. The location was superb, just 2 blocks from the main downtown street filled with restaurants, stores and theaters. Although close to downtown, the unit was on a quiet street, so noise was never a problem. The kitchen worked very well and there was a sweet dinning room to enjoy meals. We would happily stay here again.

Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I've rented! House is laid out nicely, pool and hot tub clean as well as furniture, kitchen, baths, bedrooms. Highly recommend, the photos don't do it justice! Thank you Nadia:)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat. The surrounding community was absolutely beautiful, with lovely pools and relaxing spas that we thoroughly enjoyed. Michele was fantastic—very easy to get a hold of and always responsive, which made our stay even smoother. Everything was just as described, and we would definitely stay here again. Cory was a really great host! Communication was outstanding and his place was just perfect for our tennis trip! We used the hot tub after our long matches and enjoyed walking across the lawn to our friend's unit :) was very convenient! Cory has a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens as well. Alisa’s was a great place to book for a large group celebrating a birthday. There were plenty of bedrooms and common spaces to enjoy. We were close to downtown to spend time in Palm Springs. Alisa was quick to respond and answer any questions we had during our stay.

Super cute place, perfect for a family of 4. Easy to find, loved the jacuzzi under our stairs. Very private, and beautiful setting. Well appointed kitchen. 100% would stay here again.

Great accomodations for all ages! Pool, spa, pool table, video games, and the cute ride on car was a plus! It was a great surprise to see a high chair and crib provided. Nick and Steve were quick to respond and easy to work with. Thank you for opening your home to us.
