Jose and Vidal are expert and fast communicators. Their house is very nice and comfortably accommodates eight (8) people. The location is prime. The mountainside comes into the backyard and all the stores you need are a two-minute drive away. The beds are comfortable.

Corry is an amazing host. Extremely responsive and patient. I without hesitation recommend her place!

I had such a lovely stay here! I combined business and pleasure on this trip and the workspace and WiFi were perfect. The condo is comfortable, quiet and has a coveted beautiful balcony view overlooking one of the pools. It’s equivalent to a one-bedroom apartment and was more spacious than I expected. The gated property’s amenities are lovely and just a short walk from other resorts, restaurants and shops. Just a few minutes’ drive and you’re in Old Town La Quinta! I’d definitely stay here again, as I plan to return with some friends and do more in the area! John is great and kept in communication and left wonderful recommendations for the area. I’ll be back!

We had an excellent stay with a large family. The home was clean, well equipped, and the host was very responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and used the extra large hottub and pool a ton. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful property with a very responsive host. We have stayed in this development before in January and it was a real treat to have access to a firepit rather than a pool. We had our coffee every morning while watching the geese and ducks swim in the lake while enjoying the warmth of the fire. Paradise! When the hot tub was heated it was really lovely too. The views are stunning and the house is immaculately clean. There is a really nice hiking trail within walking distance and lots of stores, pharmacies, etc. nearby. We would definitely stay here again on our annual sisters' trip!

Joan was a great host, very responsive, and the condo was spotless, super comfortable, and in a great location to attend the Indian Wells tennis tournament (which was just a 10 minute drive away). Parking was easy. All went smoothly. Thank you Joan!

We had to evacuate LA due to the fires/smoke/power outages and this property was a peaceful getaway where we could forget the hardships/anxieties back home. Clean beautiful home.

I’ve stayed here many times with family, friends, etc. We love it here! Highly recommend.
