David was a fabulous host and very accommodating. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee and watching the golfers tee off. Excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the use of the bikes.

Lily is a great host, and her place is perfect for nearby El Paseo area in Palm Desert. Clean, comfortable. I'd definitely stay again, and highly recommend her place. Thank you Lily!

Devin was very responsive and helpful. The location of her place is great. 7-8 minutes to downtown. Great hiking within a 20 minute drive. Located adjacent to a preserve for walking. Really enjoyed our stay and we plan to return.

For last minute, this was ideal for us. Check in was easy and all staff members very friendly and helpful. Had one service issue that was dealt with quickly, only hiccup was someone had to be in the unit while they took care of the issue so that was a little inconvenient. Location was perfect for access to restaurants and activities. Especially great for getting to to Indian Wells. Overall I would definitely look to use Les' help again for subsequent visits of this length.

We were glad to return to the Waverly unit. We did have a few issues when we arrived but , as usual, Tawny was all over the issues and got things corrected! We love your professionalism and we will be back next year!!

The house was beautiful and well equipped for six people. Neal was very responsive to our queries. Highly recommend.

This place is PERFECT! This was our first time in Palm Springs so we were unsure of the area and didn't know what to expect. It was easy to walk to the Convention Center (as this trip was more work related). Many restaurants are nearby as well as nightlife and we felt safe walking around. The spa heats up quickly, living area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need! The little touches with extra towels, bath robes, blankets, laundry capabilities, extra cleaning supplies and coffe/tea available made it feel even more welcoming. The views are stunning and David was extremely kind and always prompt with responses. There was even flexibility due to late flights - greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an enjoyable and stress free stay!

Wonderful stay at this home. Beautiful mountain view from the pool area. Close drive to downtown PS and activities. Pretty quiet condo area, if that’s your vibe. We had everything we needed except one thing quickly solved by the host. The coffee was a great addition. The hot tub and pool area is super nice and generally was not busy. Only downsides: The two beds are almost for sure full beds, not queens and the hot tub seemed over chlorinated. One of the bedrooms is very small. Would consider booking again and had a wonderful time!

If you want peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings, this is your space! A private property with spectacular mountain views, shared only with the hosts themselves! This spacious studio is extremely well appointed and absolutely spotless! The amazing outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. We cannot wait for our next visit! This place is perfect. There is plenty of space, the condo is clean, and the views are beautiful. The kitchen has the basics to cook and the bedrooms are comfortable. Our host was very responsive and made the entire trip easy. I would definitely love to come back! :)

I booked this last minute so I was so pleasantly surprised to find that this place was just perfect… Great host, great location, super quiet, great amenities, and just all around nothing I would change about it. I will definitely plan on staying here in the future when my travels take me back to Palm Springs.

Such a great stay!! Condo has everything you could need for your trip! Walking distance to Old Town La Quinta! Host was very responsive, we added an extra night and was able to accommodate! We highly recommend and would stay again!

If you haven’t booked this place you are definitely missing out! Loved everything about it.. great location, beautiful, private , cozy and peaceful place. Pool and hotubs were so warm and clean. Andrew and Jennifer were the greatest hosts! Definitely coming back here!!

We had a brief stay so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities, but found the property to be clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here many, many times - said it before and will say it again, it is like a second home whenever I get back home to the desert. Every year I look forward to going back. 10 min to always everything. Jimmy was awesome and Corey is super easy to work with. Appreciate them having me back each December. Until next year… thank ya!

I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

The "Welcome Bottle" of Champagne was very thoughtful, and a delicious treat as well! Parking was also very convenient. The apartment had a lot of light and the shade on the patio was welcome. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool, Trader Joe's and Target. Steven responded quickly to all of our questions. We had a great stay and will come again.

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful community, nice accommodations, centrally located. Great to be so close to the well maintained pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s Airbnb! This was the cleanest and nicest Airbnb I have ever rented. I highly recommend Jackie’s place and will absolutely stay here in the future. Everything was like new, comfortable, beautiful and Jackie was always available to answer questions. The grounds are lovely. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Joe was very helpful with our arrival and initial questions. Unfortunately, due to illness, I had to leave after a few days, and my wife left early too. Two or three family members at a time stayed in the rental for the remainder of the time and were happy with I

It was a beautiful, luxurious, designer house with all the amenities that we needed, Bryan was a great host and was kind enough to heat the pool for us and we had a great time! Location was great, close enough to downtown but far enough where it was quiet at night.

My family was very comfortable in Juan’s spacious one bedroom place. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions I asked were answered within 5 minutes. The location was a pleasant 30 minute walk to the grocery store and a $10 Uber ride back. There are four pools on site: Two are a nice warm temperature and two smaller pools are cooler. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay.
