Timothy and Connie’s place was perfect for us. We felt right at home . It was clean, well Equipped and cozy. Connie was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying in their place!

A wonderful stay! Perfect location to all the amenities and close to public tennis courts. Relatively closer to Indian wells Tournament as well. Our group of 5 tennis players had such a nice time. Hot Tub, Pool, Ping Pong Table, BBQ, fully functional kitchen! Best place ever. Will definitely come back again.

Easy check-in, quiet, nice pool and beds were super comfy, also the shuttle service that partners with the resort for festivals was great, absolutely recommend

In incredible stay in a beautiful location made even more special by the warmth, prompt responsiveness and kindness exhibited by Karen. The host was always available to answer any questions my family had and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very pretty home with very comfortable beds and great vinyl records! In a private enclave that made this feel so special and…you can see so many stars at night if you spend time at the fire pit right outside!

This property didn't take long to become our all time favorite place to stay when in Palm Springs. Even before setting foot inside this lovely, very well appointed home, the communication we had with the owners Jeffrey and Terry was so effortless. Always quick responses and very clear instructions on the property access, codes etc. The unit itself was just perfect... spotlessly clean and an amazing kitchen with everything we needed. The complex is situated within walking distance of the downtown area, but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future, and wish to thank Jeffrey and Terry for all they did to ensure a very pleasant getaway.

Worked great for our family of four, and we also had the inlaws for part of our stay. Location is great, very walkable to El Paseo for dining and shopping. House iteself was clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were great to have and easy to use, lots of seating options for outdoor enjoyment. Communication during our stay was fast, we did have an issue contacting the host prior to arrival, but during out stay very responsive. There was construction going on houses on either side, however it did not greatly detract from our trip. Location was very quiet at night. Kitchen could be better stocked (saucepans are needed), appliances were new and worked great. Very satisifed with this home.

Great stay! We loved having space for our family of four to spread out. The outdoor amenities are awesome: we made dinner on the grill, ate at the outdoor table, then enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! During the day, we lounged by the pool (paid for heat in March - recommend) and had a family putting contest. We loved the quiet neighborhood and easy access to Joshua Tree. Recommend!

The house was perfect! Big, clean, newly renovated. Plenty of towels, supplies, and a washer and dryer (that we didn't use but was there if needed). The pool (also didn't use) was lovely. IWould stay again!

if you are looking for a quick get-away for a couple days then this place will offer you the privacy and quietness. It's very cozy so if you just looking to spend the quiet evening then this is the place.

Fantastic hosts!!! Kris and Jamie are very friendly - Kris owns The Dez, amazing restaurant- go for sandwiches! Beautifully landscaped- thoughtfully with bocce, corn hole and a hammock. House is beautiful, comfortable with the perfect amount of funk that only a great collectors eye can pull together! A perfect 10 stay! Thank you again- our third visit and it never disappoints.

What a lovely place to stay at close to Joshua Tree National Park! We really have no complaints, and the fun, tasteful decor was a welcome bonus.

Great home! My group and I had a great stay. The hosts were kind enough for a flexible check in and responded fast to all of my questions. The weather ruined our pool time but still 10/10 would recommend 👌

We are so grateful to have found roshi’s place, it was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfy, Roshi was very responsive with a question I had about altering the AC and the pools were very close to the unit, it was really a great stay and we plan to come back!

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

Great location, nice walkable spot to old town that has restaurants, coffee shops, and dinner. Easy drive to PS.

I would absolutely recommend Brett’s airbnb. It is extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. A home away from home. It is exactly what you see in the pictures only better. Brett is very accommodating and responsive to my messages. I would look no further in booking with another place in the future. We will definitely be coming back here! This is a winner! Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was the perfect stay for me & my partner. Cleanliness was a 10/10. A lot of things provided for you in the home. The space was a perfect size for your daily activities. Safe & private area. Everything was quick & easy & Art communicated with us fast if we had any questions. Recommend to any couples out there looking for an affordable weekend !
