We had a fantastic stay here, it was extremely hot though and there is not an air conditioning unit. There was a fan but it was so muggy that air con would’ve been perfect. Great place and super tidy. Thanks heaps

Immaculately clean, spacious, responsive host who had flexible check in time. And great location near shops and lovely beach. Would be great if it had an outdoor shower for all the sand after swimming but otherwise a perfect stay.

Leanne’s place was so perfect for our family holiday. We staying during the busy new year period but the location is perfect it’s close to omanu surf club which isn’t as busy as the main part of the mount which we loved. The place itself is lovely and Leanne was so great - she left us a load of kombucha which our kids loved! It’s really close to the mount and Bayfair shops and there are a few coffee places around the omanu surf club - including a new cafe surf road. This place was perfect for our family of 4.

Truly, a really special place that was so cosy and felt like the kind of home filled with warmth and happiness, that we could just stay in for a long time! An Exceptional stay! The place was very peaceful, hearing and feeling the breeze by the mini coconut trees is so relaxing on the mind. Everything was sparkling clean, super comfortable bed and sofa. Very convenient in just a minute walk over to cafes, supermarket and nice restaurants. Best of all, the Host is so nice and kind! We are so privileged to had the chance to stay here and we look forward to coming back for a long term stay! Thank you very much, Gerard for having us, and making this place such a wonderful memory and stay for us ❤️

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.

This Airbnb was AMAZING! Beautiful inside and out. We watched hawks hunting over the hills with dinner and were just blown away by the view, it’s so expansive. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming, very helpful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home with everything you need. We had a hire car so we easily managed to get to all the fun adventures in Rotorua
