Es un lugar increíble, todo estaba de acuerdo a lo indicado, es un lugar muy completo y muy bien equipado, hubieron más electrodomésticos de los que pensé que fueran haber, toda la casa se encontraba con aire acondicionado y muy muy limpio y en la parte de la cocina habían ventiladores muy grandes que hacían que no se sintiera el calor, esa parte de la cocina abierta y junto a la piscina hicieron que nuestra estadía para disfrutar en familia fuera más unida, ya que todos podíamos estar juntos, la playa queda muy cerca caminando, todo muy seguro y muy muy limpio... Sin duda alguna volveremos a ir muchas veces a este lugar, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar tan hermoso y la atención de don Dustin y doña Norma..... Sin duda alguna pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en este lugar, para nosotros fue más de lo que esperábamos y no tenemos queja alguna... Totalmente recomendado

Excelente alojamiento, tal y como se muestra en las fotos, es muy seguro y limpio. Está ubicado cerca de restaurantes, playas, supermercados, etc. La comunicación con Jeffe fue muy efectiva. Lo recomiendo, y sin duda volvería.

El lugar está súper bien ubicado en Mal País, lugar seguro y tranquilo. Alexandra respondió y resolvió rápido todas nuestras inquietudes. Algunas cosas de saber, solo hay 2 parques disponibles pero se puede parquear afuera. Solo hay 2 baños en la casa y los 2 se encuentran en el primer piso.

We had a wonderful time staying at Xanadu 5 in Los Delfines. The house was incredibly spacious and we had every comfort of a home and more. We spent many days enjoying the private outdoor pool and yard that backed onto the golf course while watching the beautiful birds and animals. Playing golf was quite an experience being amongst the macaws, iguanas, monkeys, deer, sheep and other wildlife. So much fun. The house is walking distance to the beach (beautiful, calm water and quiet). Having the little market store so close by (4 minute walk) was also very convenient. The Saturday farmer’s market near the pier was great and we also bought freshly caught fish from the fishermen. Andrew (owner/host) and Roy (property manager) were so accommodating and responsive with great communication which really enhanced our stay. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a beautiful, fun and relaxing holiday experience in Costa Rica. We hope to be back!

Pasamos una excelente estadía en la casa de Rotem. Cerca de la playa y de muchos lugares para ir a comer, así como también muy cómoda para cocinar algo y estar tranquilos. Muy cómodo las facilidades del hotel como la pileta y el café por las mañanas. También nos gustaron mucho los gatos!

Muy amable, nos ayudo muchisimo con el check in super anticipado, siempre atento y amable. Por accidente quebre un vaso, que al reportar me indico que no debía pagarlo. Muy amigable, atento, pendiente, ocupado en que tu estadi6 sea lo mejor. Volveremos..

Our trip back to Tambor was the best yet! We had a wonderful time in the backyard oasis as well as having adventures in and around Tambor. The villa had all the comforts of home which made cooking dinners at the house convenient if we didn't want to go out. The grocery store in Los Delfines was a short walk away and had plenty to choose from and was restocked often. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

Nice clean place up the hill from playa hermosa and Santa Teresa. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a little beach/surf community vibe. It wasn’t quite for me, but I can def see the appeal of the area. Check in was easy and Lucy is super sweet and friendly. Would def stay if ever in the area again. Make sure and have a 4x4 with clearance. The road is bumpy with a steep hill at the end. Not too bad with the right vehicle though.

El lugar se encuentra en Malpais, una zona tranquila, amplio y seguro parqueo, con una piscina limpia, las habitaciones confortables con todo lo necesario, hay un super a unos cuantos metros para comprar cualquier cosa necesaria y un par de restaurantes cercanos, desde luego rodeado de muchas bellas playas.

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

Sabine and Nico were very kind and cordial hosts, answering any questions and responding to any needs asap. The pool was a very nice addition after coming in from the beach just across the street. Outside grill by pool was a nice touch. Directions using Wave or Google Maps was easy enough to find. The area is very quiet, calm and not at all touristy which is what we were after! Would recommend and stay again.

We loved the house. It has many rooms with toilets to accommodate all you family and friends. Huge kitchen and living room. The pool area was fantastic. Chad communicated pretty well, he will make sure all your questions are resolved. As a respectful feedback, the only improvement we be done is to optimize some of the front yard to allow perhaps one more car to park inside the property. We were able to part outside and no complaints with it. Definitely would go again! Totally recommend it.

Our group of 12 stayed at Havana Villa for our graduation trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The layout is fantastic—spacious, well-designed rooms with air conditioning surrounding beautiful open-air common areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The cleaning staff was truly incredible, taking care of us every day and keeping the space spotless and manageable. Huge shoutout to Evi (the host) and Michele (the local manager) for being super responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close enough to Santa Teresa’s beaches, restaurants, and shops to enjoy the action, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The villa comfortably housed all of us, and we could easily see it accommodating up to 18 people. We even had space to bring in a yoga instructor for a private session one morning! Highly recommend Havana Villa for any group looking for the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, luxury.

Würden diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. Tolle Lage in Malpaís, unweit vom Zentrum von Santa Teresa, sehr ruhig und entspannt. Tolle Terrasse im Schatten, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man bracht. Santi war immer sehr hilfreich. Pluspunkte für die Nähe zum Playa Sueco

Amazing trip; nice oasis away from the busy street with breathtaking views and privacy! The house was well stocked with everything you might need (extra towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, appliances) and they did a light clean during our stay. Virginia and Will were amazing— great recommendations, helpful with reservations (car service, restaurants/shuttle and atvs), responsive and friendly — they went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable! Location is high up a hill, so an atv is a must, but the proximity to some of the best restaurants and town once you get down the hill couldn’t be better. This house was a recommendation from a friend and I’ll be sure to pass it along to others and return again soon! Sad to leave!

Had a great time in Santa Teresa the home was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning in the rooms were amazing and I really enjoyed spending time outside by the pool. Truly beautiful surroundings thanks again.

Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay, from beginning to end. Stayed 4 days and couldn’t have asked for better. The house is very comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 older teen kids), had plenty of interior room and absolutely fantastic outdoor space. Felt very safe, and just right at home. Highly recommend.

Carly's place is cool, spacious and comfortable. Priscila was incredibly welcoming and helpful and took so much time to help us get situated and comfortable. She helped me figure out a much better option for getting back so San Jose. The place is super close to the main drag in Santa Teresa and a short walk to the beach.

Walking in for the first time, the house was exactly like the photos. There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded, plenty of space to move around and very comfortable. Whenever we left for the day and come back to the house I felt like I was at home! We cooked one night and the home had plenty of supplies and containers to store fruit for the day. At night you can hear some music from next door, but it’s vacation and it didn’t bother us. Was very surprised that when we went to bed and shit the doors, you could really hear the music. The walk to the beach was easy and close with plenty of places to eat and drink very near by. Gal, the house manager was very helpful and gave us great instructions and helped me get in touch with a car, ATV, and Ventura for our trip to Tortuga Island. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and I would say it was the perfect place to start! Pura Vida!

Underbar jungelstuga i Montezuma. Väldigt mysigt, läget är jättebra, nära till alt. Men å andra sidan, var köksmaterialet lite gammalt och vattentrycket i kranen gjorde det svårt att diska ibland.
