I enjoyed the stay it was within walking distance of a lot of great places. The staff was also very helpful and inviting.

This place is an absolute GEM! The location, the price, PRIVATE parking & the gym & roof deck! It is on the 14th floor w/a balcony that allows a nice view of the sunset. Rae does a phenomenal job w/communication - we arrived the evening of major storms & she went the extra mile to communicate details regarding self check-in, where to find a flashlight if needed (although the building has a generator), & was available to answer any questions/concerns. The unit is well furnished - great mattress w/plenty of pillows, an abundance of towels, fully stocked w/bathroom essentials. The kitchen has an ice & water dispenser on the fridge, stocked w/dishwasher & laundry detergent & household cleaners. Just around the corner from Whole Foods & a short walk to Piedmont Park & MARTA. The unit was spotless (by far the cleanest airbnb we've ever stayed at)! Only thing to share is the hallway had a strong odor of marijuana - but do NOT let this deter you! Rae addressed this w/mgmt immediately!

The place was literally one of my favorite stays. Stayed here for my birthday, decorated beautifully, the scenery was amazing. Host communicated very thoroughly, helped almost immediately when asked & overall pleasant to speak with. Would recommend this place & I would totally stay here again

We loved our stay! The apartment was exactly as described: lovely, comfortable and well-stocked with everything you need. The location is fantastic -- close to downtown Acworth and just a 5 minute walk to the beachfront park with a woodsy little trail that was perfect for morning and evening walks with our dog. Samantha was a great host. Would highly recommend!

Perfect apartment for our family to visit relatives nearby over the Christmas holiday. There's a grocery store within walking distance. Note that the apartment did have nice bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but didn't have scissors or a hairdryer (as of December 2024). That said, our need for a family-suite-apartment was totally met. Thank you, Ryan, for an excellent stay.

We only stayed for a couple nights but we had a great time walking, eating and exploring the area! We really enjoyed our time here!

HIDDEN GEM! My fiancé and I loved Dawn’s place. It’s right in the heart of everything you’ll need. The surrounding area was quiet at night and the inside of the home was gorgeous. We loved all of the artwork and amenities provided. Met Dawn and her sweet cat and they were both very nice. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in the area!

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was nice, the location is central and we could find several restaurants around. The host was very responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.

Everything was amazing! Thiam was very responsive with any questions I had prior to our arrival. He made the check-in process easy with guests arriving at different times and checked in via text to make sure everything was ok during our stay. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location was very convenient and close to Truist Field and several restaurants and stores. Exceeded my expectations! Will definitely stay again if in the area.
