This was our second stay and the cozy cottage and we were once again very pleased! Jamey is awesome to work with and the home had all the amenities needed for a long stay! This is truly a special place close to everything and we will be back for sure! With family in the area, this rental is a blessing to us because it really feels like a home away from home!

Very spacious house on three levels. Good location with stores, restaurants, and parks nearby. Would have appreciated more lighting in several of the rooms. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking for our 8. More spices and coffees and basics than expected. Good appliances, gas stove and oven.

We really enjoyed staying in Roswell and loved Derek’s place. It was in the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean, nice furniture and comfortable beds. Very roomy, we loved the location, the neighborhood is really pretty and peaceful. Highly recommended !

I’m proud to say I got to end 2024 at this Air BnB! My friend and I got to explore a lot of Marietta, play video games, grill out, play pool, air hockey, enjoy a spa, and walk trails in the area! I will say this Air Bnb was the first to offer essentials that you could forget or run out of! Examples: toiletries, food, medicines, and more! Thank you Lucas for letting us enjoy Christmas here!

Emmy’s place is nice and quiet, surprisingly so! She was very responsive when we asked her a question and was easy to work with. Would happily suggest her place to others :)

Easy to find place , great location close to restaurants.

Sarah was very responsive when we had any questions or issues. The building was very easy to locate, parking was reasonable for downtown Atlanta, and it was close to the conference center which was exactly what we needed! Plenty of room for four people and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and the bathroom was clean.

Katie was a great host. The place was nicely kept, comfortable, and had all the amenities available as promised. I did have a slight issue during my stay with a CO monitor's batteries being low and the dratted thing chirped one night (as they tend to do!) but she got the batteries to replace it first thing the next morning. (I also yanked out the old ones, so no more chirping.) It was very nice that they let me use the laundry that was there and overall I really enjoyed my stay :)

Ho soggiornato qui per ben 2 volte durante i miei viaggi di lavoro. Ci si sente a casa, e questo è indispensabile per un soggiorno sereno e piacevole. L’host è gentile e sempre disponibile, attento ad ogni particolare. La struttura dispone di un accesso diretto ad Whole food e questo la rende ancora più efficiente! I tramonti dal 24esimo piano poi sono la ciliegina sulla torta!

We only stayed for a couple nights but we had a great time walking, eating and exploring the area! We really enjoyed our time here!

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and really nice. The little led lights going along all the walls and corners were really fun! The parking feels confusing but I promise if you follow the instructions she sends, it'll make sense once you get there. The parking is adjacent to the complex and felt very secure and was gated off. The beds are very firm which is a good thing for me! The area is not sketchy and it was super convenient to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Thank You!

Awesome Stay! This property granted our Girls Getaway more than we expected. The view from the house was Spectacular. The Chic and Modern decor was perfect for us! lots of room inside and outside. High grade appliances were a super plus, everything was top notch. Plenty of plates, utensils and glass ware. We are looking forward to returning to the property in a warmer month to enjoy the lake. However, we did take advantage of the two outdoor seating area with firepits.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Troy’s villa was everything we were looking for. Not only were the views absolutely amazing but the place was nice and clean! Though it’s peaceful and relaxing, there are lots of things to do within the community and the city is close enough if you need something. Our host was very gracious and responsive as well! BOOK THIS LISTING NOW!!!! The Piedmont House is absolutely stunning!!! The minute you walk in the door you feel right at home! This house is beautifully updated with the most modern features/fixtures and was EXTREMELY clean. The game area down stairs was a hit with the whole family as well as the upstairs hot tub area! The hosts worked extremely hard to get their pool up and running a week early so our family could enjoy it! The communication and responsiveness of the hosts was top notch! We visit Georgia 2-3 times a year and will absolutely be booking this location again! I can not say enough good things about this home and their hosts! They truly made our trip so perfect!
