This was our second stay at Grace's place. We liked it just as well this second time. Very private, convenient and surprisingly quiet - set back from a busy street. Close to so many highlights in Decatur and surrounding area. Will stay here again - if available. A very popular Airbnb. Thank you for your hospitality, Grace.

Will absolutely stay again. Was exactly the little piece of heaven that we needed to finish off our weekend. Perfect. Fantastic view of a peaceful, serene horse pasture surrounded by woods made even better, if it all possible, by a steady calming drizzle of rain. Wonderful. We sat on the back porch and sipped several cups of coffee (from Ann’s Keurig) and simply enjoyed the provided vista in silence.

Very comfy cottage in a beautiful neighborhood! Kelly was very responsive and helpful. Great instructions in the cottage on how to use everything. Well stocked and had free snacks and coffee in the kitchen!

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

This place was perfect for our stay! We wanted to spend some time in Georgia and explore downtown, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Joy's home. The grounds were so relaxing with the rolling hills and beautiful horses. Joy was a pleasure. She reached out occasionally to see if all was well, but she respected our privacy. The guest house was wonderful. The additional bedroom space upstairs gave us the perfect space to do some office work or have some quiet time reading & relaxing. Great escape.

Sean and Jori were friendly and responsive hosts, and their location is in a charming and bustling neighborhood with lots of character. Check in and check out were a breeze, the unit had everything I needed and my stay was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Curtis was very communicative about our late arrival and even checked on us during our drive, which was very thoughtful. He offered different things in the area if we were looking for anything and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in every way. There was a massive storm predicted to hit the area while we were there, and he made sure that he got us a big cooler a bunch of ice and water in case we lost power. Plenty of room and cozy! TVs in every room and centrally located. Would definitely hands down stay again if ever back in the area! Great big back yard to sit and relax and let our pups enjoy the outdoors. Great backyard couch and chairs.

We had a great stay at this boho getaway. The location was close to area attractions in Atlanta and the unit was private and quiet. My kids loved the hammock for reading and relaxing after a day out in Atlanta. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. There was plenty of space for all four of us to hang out together or have quiet time alone.

Lovely accommodation and beautifully decorated and furnished. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located in Acworth - - close to restaurants and main roadways. Thought the train may have been an issue but not the case for us - it brought a uniqueness to the experience. Would definitely visit again.

I had an amazing stay. Liz was super friendly and easy to accommodate us with an early check in/late check out. The place was clean and in a an amazing location. It was very spacious for the two of us and just like the pictures. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to if I visit Marietta again!

The home was absolutely beautiful!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay even for just a night! I plan on booking again for a longer time next!

We enjoyed staying here and would recommend for anyone needing a place to stay while visiting the area. We didn’t have many issues, but any that did come up were handled appropriately and as soon as possible!

Very nice place very peaceful, and quiet. Everything was neat and in place. A/C works great. Lots of things to eat and do in the area. Ni was a great host super responsive any hour of the day. Very clear instruction on the parking and what was expected. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in town!

This was great space for our small family and in a beautiful location with easy access to the best of Atlanta. The property is well maintained with everything needed for a short stay. The hosts provided detailed recommendations and guidance. We will definitely keep the carriage house in mind for future visits.

Place is excellent and exactly as described. Host was ultra-responsive, friendly and understanding. Location is quite simply, awesome; with beautiful Piedmont Park opposite.

Chateau MarMinty was a superb place to stay. Beautiful inside , 3 bedrooms with 2 kings and a double. 2 full baths. Large one room living room , eat in kitchen and large front sunroom with seating and desks. Bedroom closets are massive. Location for exploring ATL is perfect. 20 min drive to downtown, 7 to central BuckHead, under 10 to midtown amenities. Clean, comfortable and a well appointed kitchen. Showers are fantastic, the best water pressure. Had a couple minor concerns that did not affect habitability and Minty was open to fixing after our stay. Tips: - there is no sofa or pull out to sleep so not sure how listening says holds 7, two per bed is 6 with someone sharing a double. There’s room certainly for more but unless you bring a blow up mattress or they provide something - home is a guest house on private home property but is physically separate , main house has hot tub and pool, there’s a fee to prep it /use, nice perk but can’t see using for less than a weeks stay.

Booked a one night stay, came in pretty late due to traveling. The host Aaron was very accommodating! Nice pool and jacuzzi set up. Will stay again for sure!

great host, everything was as described. i saw comments about there being no shower head in the bathroom, but there are shower heads in both bathrooms. would book again.

I loved everything about this Airbnb! I felt very safe and welcomed, the bed is the most comfortable thing I’ve ever laid on and the host was so sweet as was her mom! The sweetest woman ever. I definitely recommend this place. 10000/10.

Great spot for a holiday. Would have been ideal for a longer term holiday too. The unit is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the amenities are on point. Loved it.
