Incredible location, great communication and an amazing place!

We stayed at this home with family for my daughter's wedding at the nearby Cotton Gin (quick endorsement for the Cotton Gin in Hiram for anyone looking for a wedding venue). We had a full house, 16 people most nights. The house is sprawling, so that the space never felt tight, there's a lot of room to spread out. The furnishing are comfortable, not fancy, and just as advertised. We stayed in January, so we were only inside, but the outside areas and pool look great. The owners were very responsive to our requests and fixed the couple hiccups we did have promptly. If you have a large group and are looking for a house on the west side if metro ATL, this is a solid choice.

Extremely nice home in a great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Meticulously clean and had everything to be like home away from home. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. Perfect location to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will recommend this property. Perfect spacious private property. Thanks Porter Brothers for hosting us.

I’m proud to say I got to end 2024 at this Air BnB! My friend and I got to explore a lot of Marietta, play video games, grill out, play pool, air hockey, enjoy a spa, and walk trails in the area! I will say this Air Bnb was the first to offer essentials that you could forget or run out of! Examples: toiletries, food, medicines, and more! Thank you Lucas for letting us enjoy Christmas here!

Peter's place was hands down the most accommoted place I've ever stayed at. He provided plenty of toiletries and extra towels, garbage bags, etc so that I didn't need to go purchase any of the sort. There was a plethora of entertainment equipment for all streaming platforms, all of which had detailed instructions on how to access them. Peter was a very responsive host and seemed dedicated to making sure our stay was above and beyond. I truly felt like I was a guest of Peter and not just an Airbnb customer.

Everything was perfect.. except master bed had a dip in the center of the bed which was hard to sleep like I normally would at home but made it work,just stayed closer to the edge. Had a few things in kitchen & could definitely use large skillets, mixing bowls, crockpot, mixer but not a totally furnished kitchen, buy w reviews these things might get added & we still loved her home, would Definitely return again. She was always replying to me when I had a question.. Very friendly & quiet neighborhood

This was the perfect space to house all 5 of us for a week, we had plenty of space and amenities to keep us happy. The location is very convenient to all of the Atlanta area. Great host and property!

Truly enjoyed my stay. I booked very last minute due to issues with another Airbnb which caused me to cancel after arriving there and the other host was unresponsive. Carol provided excellent customer service and amazing accommodations. My new home away from home.

Lee's place is very spacious, clean, and has super comfy beds & pillows. It was perfect for our group.

Great place to stay.

I was very happy with this place. Highly recommend. It is quiet and compact with a full kitchen...everything I need for a quick getaway. There is a walking trail in walking distance that was good for some exercise. The interior of the home looked just like the pictures. Furniture was clean and comfortable. I must say this was an excellent choice. The only negative for me was the location of the outlets outside the bedroom. I had to work and hooking up my laptop was a bit cumbersome but I made due. On my next trek into Atlanta I hope this home is available as I would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay here. I live in the area and needed a place to stay due to a water leak thst flooded the main level in my home. The area is quiet and it was just as described. My son love the game room and it was a very relaxing experience considering it has been a pain getting my home fixed.

This home was very spacious, clean, and fit 12 of us very well! There is plenty of room to hangout as a full group, or find privacy when needed. Halima was very respsonsive, kind, and helpful. We would recommened this place if you had a group trip to Atlanta coming up!

The house was beautiful, and clean. My guest and I were away on a bday girls trip, but we felt right at home stay at Justin’s place. 10/10 would recommend!!

Communication was great, the homes were great, more than enough space for the group. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. All pictures very accurate.

We had a great stay! The gated fence really helped us feel extra safe. The place was very clean and conveniently located (only ~10mins to get to the aquarium). Would recommend!

Guia’s place was perfect. We were still finding new amenities even as we were checking out hahaha. Tons of games in the garage made for fun times with the little bit of down time we had. Plenty of space and places to sleep and the grounds the house is on us super cool. Being greeted by the equine neighbors that share the property in the morning is definitely a nice thing to wake up to. Home is in an incredibly quiet area and only about a half hour to all the cool Atlanta stuff. Easy 5-star all the way around.

Absolutely charming guest house in a great location. House felt so quiet and peaceful (almost like it was in the rural countryside) but location is so close to Buckhead, West Midtown, Downtown or the Braves Stadium. Rachael was so friendly and responsive before and during our stay. Easily accommodated us and our two kids and two cats with 4 bedrooms and two working desks. A wonderful experience. Recommend it highly.

Rai was a wonderful host and her home is stunning. Great layout with huge kitchen and family room for everyone to enjoy together. Plenty of room for our family reunion and everyone enjoyed it. Buckhead village is very close by too for great restaurants and shopping.
