The location is great. Neighbor is quiet and nice. The place was just like the pictures will definitely use Dalvin again.

The house was as expected Provided amenities and space needed for our stay. King was very good at communicating and generous for allowing us to check in early due to our flight coming in a few hours before check in time. Even though due to a misunderstanding on our end he was very understanding and compassionate due to the circumstances I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thanks again king we appreciate you for allowing us to use your space. Looking forward to staying again. 🫶🏾

Kyara’s place was as described .She is very responsive to the needs of her clients and goes the extra mile to ensure comfort .I appreciate her being flexible with time and suggestions of local businesses to get stuff done . Highly recommend this location .

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was just as it was advertised. There was a nice view, the house clean, and came woth essential items like towels, was cloths, tissue, paper towel, and etc. Even though we did not utilize the roof top pool and facilities it was great. And we will definitely use it in the hotter seasons when we book again. The apartment was in the center of all type of entertainment and food. The communication was great from the host and check-in and check-out was smooth. We will definitely book again.

Somore gave clear instructions on where to park and how to get. It was an easy access to the house with clear instructions on how to get in. The house was in a nice secluded area. The house was beautiful inside with a private entrance. It delt right at home when your first enter, a really nice ambience. I loved the kitchen area and the open floor plan so I could cook and watch TV. I loved the theater room. I would definitely book this again.

The house is a great stay and the host is fantastic! Kristen is very responsive, helpful, and even offered to extend our stay at a reduced rate. The house is right on the water with an amazing dock. The community is gated and has great amenities--we enjoyed the playground and the hiking trails. Definitely beats any hotel in the area!

We absolutely loved staying here. It’s way bigger than the photos- when we first got there we couldn’t believe how much space we had in the house. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us get in on short notice. The house was kid friendly, they had some books and toys, and even had a porta crib for our toddler and bassinet for our 5 month old to sleep in. The house has a modern cottage feel that’s so much cuter in person. We were surprised by the high end appliances they let us use- many of which were non toxic and clean ingredients something important to me. They even had an air doctor running in the home. The area is absolutely beautiful and is in a safe, wealthy neighborhood. All the neighbors waved and were friendly on our evening walks. The beds were very comfortable and high quality sheets. We Loved this house!!

Not only was our stay picturesque, Missy and Evan were incredibly nice and responsive. It is a perfect place to stay if you have a large family and the kitchen has just about everything you could need to make a large dinner. I could not be anymore pleased with our stay, if we are in the area again, I would happily stay in this house another time. Thank you for opening up the house to me and my family!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Kyle and Ashley’s beautiful lake house. The location was peaceful and private and their home was amazing. Our hosts were responded quickly to any questions and proactively let us know of a potential concern before our arrival. We hope to return to the lake house soon! It was great!

My son had a last minute football event nearby, and we didn’t want to book a hotel. We are so grateful to have found this property and the serenity that it offers. Leland is an exceptional host! We hope to stay here again when we’re in the area.

This was a 10+ stay very beautiful home away from home

We filled the lake home with 10 girls and enjoyed our time dearly. We were greeted with a beautiful family of deer the first night and surprisingly they returned every night. The home is cozy and so peaceful ~ each and every woman had space to just “BE.” We truly rested and even soaked up the Lake in the cooler weather! During our stay I reached out with a few concerns and Kelsey was quick to communicate and assist. We all felt this would be a special retreat for our own families to return to in the future. Instacart was also a blessing, Publix is just 15 min away!
