It was a great place for a large group and the hot tub was key! The driveway to get up to the house was long and there is a steep hill at the end so you should be prepared with AWD if you're going in the snow. Also the largest primary bedroom with the wood stove has a door that connects to another room and that would have been good to know since we were traveling with couples. The primary bedroom does have its own staircase to use the first floor bathroom, but the shower is in the adjoining room so it could be a bit awkward if it's two separate families. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Bridgton - one of our favorite towns with lots of cute restaurants (Beth's!) and fun things to do.

The place is amazing! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The house is clean, looks like the photos and the host is very responsive. I recommend it :)

This is a great place to stay don’t even hesitate to book this place. The place looks more better in person I am not exaggerating and Katy is a great host she records everyone’s experiences in a book which is someone unique I have seen until now. Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

Highly recommend! We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of space and plenty of places to sleep. Big master bedroom with attached bathroom was a plus, and all of the beds were very comfortable. Perfect private house location. I just recommend bringing some bottled water as the tap does taste a little funny! There was also a brita in the fridge.

This place was so quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family while we were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great time staying here! There was so much space, everything was very comfy, loved the pool + ping pong + hot tub. The road getting up to the place is unpaved so we were concerned our 2WD car couldn’t make it up, but by the time we got back from skiing, the road had been plowed and sanded. The two minor downsides during my stay were the water (shower + sinks) occasionally smelled strongly of sulfur (?) but it wasn’t a big deal because the fridge had a filtered water dispenser. Also there is a requirement to not wear shoes in the house but the floors were dirty. No visible dirt but the floors definitely were not mopped. Very responsive host so I imagine if I complained about it something would have been done but it wasn’t actually a real issue.

My cousin and I spent a week at holly's house. We made our day trips from there. All the sights were easily and quickly accessible by car from there. Whether in the north, south, east or west of Maine. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a fully equipped house. From check-in to check-out, everything was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

The pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful space and the views of Sunday River and the surrounding area are amazing! Michael was very flexible and responsive and we have this earmarked for a return visit!

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Heidi's place is super comfortable and artsy. She's very on top of things and communicates readily. The neighborhood is very walkable with several key features nearby like a mini-mart, a bakery, a coffee shop, and a wonderful walking path and hill top lookout.

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

We felt like this was our second home from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had literally every tool you could need to prepare dinner. No need to order in or eat out. The shower was pleasant and surprisingly hot. The bed and pillows were very comfy and aided in very restful sleep. We loved the option of using the propane heat or the wood stove, though we opted for the wood stove to heat the place while we were there. Thank you so much Raina for letting us stay in your peaceful space. We would definitely love to visit again.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and this one ranks at the top! The cabin was perfect in every way! I especially loved enjoying the wood stove after a day of skiing at Sugarloaf. Jon and Theresa made sure there was plenty of firewood and kindling. The cabin was so clean and neat and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed! I will definitely be staying again but next time for longer!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this charming camp on Webb Lake, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The serene setting was perfect for enjoying the outdoors together. We spent our time fishing on the beautiful lake, where we caught a handful of fish. Kayaking was a highlight as well; the combination of being on the lake, mountain views and beautiful weather was simply magical. The camp itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing a wonderful weekend getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway filled with outdoor fall activities, this is the place to be. We left already planning out next trip back. Thank you for sharing your home.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for two! the scenery was gorgeous with the river flowing right in front of the cabin. It was clean and peaceful. Teresa was very responsive and helpful. Even though it was secluded, it still had all the modern amenities that you needed, including the surround sound speakers! We loved our time here and hope to come back in the future!

This place was so cozy and homey; the fireplace was perfect for the cabin. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and warm, keeping us toasty all night. We thoroughly enjoyed the axe throwing as well. We certainly plan to return!
