We've stayed in a lot of amazing Airbnbs over the years, but Caireen and Jacelyn's artsy heritage abode in Calgary is one of the most memorable. We spent a week with our two kiddos (4 and 7) and from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything was just perfect. The location is fantastic -- walkable to downtown/Chinatown in 10-15 minutes, great views across the river just a couple of blocks away, dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops along 1st and the Edmonton Trail. The house itself is comfortable, funcitonal, and unique. Besides the art (which is so cool!) there were kid and adult books to peruse, a great kitchen (and coffee setup), and as you can see in the pictures, a fantastic outdoor space, which we used in sun, clouds, and snow! Caireen was super responsive and friendly, even offering to mail some items we'd forgotten at the house. All in all, a wonderful stay, absolutely a trip we hope to replicate in the future.

We stayed for a night with our 1 year old. Very, clean, spacious, and convenient in Cochrane. In a great neighborhood and very private feeling. Host is a good communicator and overall this was a value and ‘no fuss’ stay.

Wow just wow! A beautiful view on the inset lake. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Huge spaces throughout the home. Everything you need plus more. The kitchen island bar top was wonderful to work from and enjoy the million dollar view. Highly recommended. I will be back!! 5 star + all the way

Donny’s home was a perfect place for our family of seven to stay while in Calgary. The space was great, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The area was fantastic, we were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, and a great little local pub. Easy check-in as well as check-out. Definitely recommend this home!

NK Paradise was well worth it. Our family enjoyed our mini reunion. There’s lots of space and activities for our kid and three dogs. We enjoyed the mini golf area, trampoline, hot tub and pool table. Niyush was helpful and communicative. We wish we were staying longer!

Our stay at Lacey's place was wonderful! She was very responsive and left the place clean for my group and me. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and has a great view from the balcony. We watched the sunset from the fire pit there every day. I would stay here again.

Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, our dogs enjoyed the dog run, we enjoyed the privacy. We would come again!

Very nice place to stay

We spent a great few months here on our exchange to the University of Calgary! We felt right at home in this cozy apartment. It’s easy to get to Kensington, Downtown and the University by bus. Mike and Rukhsana are great hosts, they’re always there if you need help!

Enjoyed our stay, great location!

Our stay with Charlotte and Brad was exceptional. Checking in was quick and straightforward, our accommodations were as described, and the location was exactly what we were looking for; private and in the shadow of the Canadian Rockies. It was our first visit to Bragg Creek and our hosts had numerous recommendations for the best local hikes and restaurants. My wife and I loved relaxing in the luxurious hot tub after some more arduous mountain climbs. This is a truly special spot and one we would happily return to! Thank you so much to our truly lovely hosts for allowing us to enjoy their sanctuary for the week, and for enriching our visit with their company. Until next time!

I really enjoyed the condo. Its in a great location. Close to so much. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, good location, walkable to the city & bus stops are very close. Enjoyable stay, would consider again - only downside was that the blind in the living room was broken & i reported this when i moved in, but it was not fixed during my stay & i stayed for 1 month! .. sleeping on a pull out bed in the living room, without a blind was not ideal.

Jen and Steven had the fastest responses from a host that I've ever had. The property was exactly as described and we felt right at home. It was peaceful, very clean, well kept, and a wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Luke & Ceanna’s place, we are looking forward to coming back. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick gateway out of Calgary in a peaceful and beautiful setting.

What a great gem of a find a little hideaway for a few quiet days away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Can’t wait to go back.

Steve was a great host, the cabin was beautiful and we were right next to the bisons. It was well worth the money and would definitely come again! There was excellent privacy and a good amount of space for activities.

Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Smartly appointed with everything you could ever need for a rustic stay. You'll need to navigate a ladder to the sleeping area, it's a childhood dream but have to have knees and balance to make it to bed. You'll be greeted by a very comfortable king bed and a window for fresh cool air. Such a treat to enjoy the firepit. If you're looking for a little adventure close to Calgary, you'll be charmed by this little cabin in the woods.

thank you Ted and Angelika ! this was one of our favorite air Airbnb’s to date. Spacious and bright wooden house, clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, full of spices. The interior decoration is warm, the forest outside the window is beautiful, you can't believe it, we enjoy the snow outside the window while having dinner, romantic and beautiful. I'm a Ted and Angelika renter and an Airbnb host, and I highly recommend it from my own experience.

I booked in last minute for a mini getaway and I’m so grateful Susan could accommodate. Upon my arrival, I walked into the cabin with the fireplace already on and some cozy socks warming up nearby — a perfect greeting after a chilly day spent in the mountains. It was a great spot to relax, unwind and just what my soul needed. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Loved this property! Rustic but with nice decorating and charm. If you love an older character house this is a gem. The view right outside the porch is incredible! The sound of the river and being in nature while still just a short walk away from all the amenities is a rarity. Definitely recommend bringing house shoes though as the floors are as described and need these to stay splinter free. The host is wonderful and we will certainly be returning. Thanks!
