This was our first time in Costa Rica and our first family vacation with our 3 and 5 year old boys. We are so incredibly happy with this unit! Will was so helpful and kind to us. We flew later in the evening and he was able to stock a few items in the fridge for us when we arrived, that way the boys could eat breakfast when they were up at 6am the next morning. He also provided us with brand new beach toys, our one son took a particular liking to the big sand shovel! There were other pool toys that were also available that we used. We rented a golf cart and it was so easy to get everywhere, especially to the beach (we also drove to Ocotal which he suggested) and back and forth from the pool. The beds were so comfortable and the whole unit was beautifully clean when we arrived, it felt very welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to see swan towels :) the sunset view from the unit was also stunning! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting. Thanks so much Will!

Very good place for families

We loved how close we were to everything. Shopping, restaurants, beach. We rented a golf cart for the week which was perfect. Moneys were right outside of the villa. The private pool was a huge benefit. We used it everyday. We didn’t want to leave. Best experience ever!

Great place to stay when visiting Tamarindo! Mackenzie was extremely helpful and responsive! The condo itself is quite spacious and nice looking. The washing machine could use a little help, as it can leave black marks on light clothes. We were able to get these marks out but might be good to replace soon. The place was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Place was brand new, the view of the marina and mountains was gorgeous. Very spacious with a nice balcony.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, with the best view of the bay below. Clean, comfortable and cool. Really well stocked kitchen if you’re planning on cooking in. The pool was refreshing after a hot day out and about. Raquel was extremely friendly and timely with communication and suggestions. While you can walk from the condo to the beach, it is up a steep hill along a busy road and you may feel comfortable with a car. Overall we loved our stay here!

Gabriela was so amazing. While I have been super fortunate to travelled many places, it’s always been for work. This was my first actual vacation since 1993. And, it was everything I could ever imagined. Everything was very centrally located. Not too far from the action in Tamerindo, but close enough everything you want is walking distance. The beach is a five minute walk away. The unit was amazing, spotlessly clean, and did I say how amazing Gabriela was : )

This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

Nous avons bien aimé le complexe qui offre une intimité malgré la proximité de la ville. C' est super car tout est à proximité à la marche! Épicerie, plusieurs bons restaurants, bars sportifs, plage! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine du complexe également. Je recommande fortement cet appartement a la Playa Del Coco! L'hôte nous a proposé de belles références!

"We had a fantastic stay at Rafa’s place! The condo was exactly as described and pictured—clean, cozy, and in a great location. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and the local guidebook. Rafa was an exceptional host, always responding quickly and providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The Beach Club adjacent to the condo and on the beach was amazing and very accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Very nice clean comfortable condo. Also feels safe. Beach at Playa Langasto is very rocky and not for swimming but beautiful for a walk as others have noted. The pools are very nice and not crowded at all. We drove to other beaches. Some good restaurants in walking distance. We did an excursion to La Leona if you’re up for an adventure it’s a fun time!

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

Enjoyed this property so much- I’m looking to purchase a property just like it. The pictures are fantastic but the condo is even better! Looking forward to staying in this unit again. Pura Vida!

Daphne's place was perfect four our family of six and we loved our stay! The condo was in great condition and we took advantage of the full kitchen to prepare some breakfasts and lunches so we didn't have to eat our every meal. The clubhouse and pool were conveniently located just next door to the building and our kids loved swimming and we enjoyed the beautiful views over the golf course. It was also so nice having the amenities of Reserva Conchal available - we swam at the beach club, used the kayaks in the ocean, and worked out in the gym - all were convenient and fun. And to top it off, Daphne was a fantastic host. Her communications for check-in and check-out were helpful and clear and she provided us with a great guidebook of local activities and attractions to help make our stay more enjoyable. We really couldn't recommend her or her place higher!

Awesome location, responsive host, we really enjoyed our stay! The pools and Pina Shack on property offered great options, there were restaurants and supermarkets close by, and the beach club made for an awesome afternoon. Great value!

C’était notre 3e séjour à playa sel coco dans la communauté de playa del sol et notre 2e séjour chez Justin. L’accès est facile, la communauté est très calme, principalement des gens retraités, et tout le monde est très gentil. J’avais mal à la gorge et steve m’a aidé à trouvé un bon sirop, alors que sa femme nous a cueilli avec un beau sourire à notre arrivée et a proposé à nos enfants de jouer avec les autres enfants. Dany, notre voisin, nous a expliqué où acheter du poisson frais! Nous faisions attention de bien les respecter et nous demandions aux enfants d’être calmes. Tout était parfait! La plage est à distance de marche et l’excellent restaurant Mar Azul est proche aussi! Nous avons pris la voiture pour aller au maxi pali et à playa Hermosa pour se baigner et pour aller au restaurant Ginger que je recommande à tous! Le logement était très propre. Il y avait du café, du savon à linge et du savon à vaisselle. Il y avait des chaises de plage et une glacière! Nous reviendrons!

O lugar foi o melhor da viagem. Lindo, extremamente relaxante, piscina maravilhosa, quartos super confortáveis, roupa de cama branquinha e limpa. Varanda gostosa pra ficar a noite. Javier e família que recebem os hóspedes são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Que lugar lindo. Super recomendo. Voltaria 1000 vezes!!! Obrigada Lia e Andrew!!!

I loved this house . It was really well stocked with kitchen items . Very clean and spacious . Kimberly our housekeeper did a great job . The pool and outside area we relaxing . Location was awesome . A golf cart ride to town . The auto mercado was right next door walking distance . It’s in a gated community so it’s private. Plenty of room for a group of 6 . I highly recommend thus property .

This was the most absolutely stunning most beautiful stay. Everything about the places we perfect. We loved how private yet together the three rooms were. We loved the beach club and used it everyday with the most beautiful beach access and pool and beach chairs/towels and paddle boarding as well. Everything was so peaceful, clean, and perfect. We’ve stayed a lot of Airbnb’s around the world, this is by far the best. Everything about it is worth it. We couldn’t recommend more and hope to come back one night.

Great place to stay. Super family friendly if you have little ones!

My second time staying at this Villa! We decided to bring my daughters and grandchildren so they could experience a part of Costa Rica. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the beach. Best part of our vacation was the Chefs I hired to cook dinners for us, Chef Felix & Chef Arlen. Villa was perfect for multi generations to enjoy!

A really unique and enjoyable stay. The outdoor living area was just beautiful, and we loved having wine or cocktails watching the sun set in the pool and the stars come out. The caretaker was on site while we were there, and was friendly and helpful. Do not disregard the advice to secure a vehicle that can climb a very steep driveway. 4x4, AWD, or a powerful engine will help make sure that you have the traction and climbing power necessary to make it to the rental. My kids felt like the driveway was an adventure in itself. Also, there is a shallow river/creek nearby that the mapping apps like to try to make you drive through on the way. We did it the first time in our Hyundai Tucson 4x4, but could feel the water underneath our feet and felt uncomfortable repeating the experience, so are thankful we found an alternate route soon afterwards. Wildlife seen on site included MANY bird species, howler monkeys, and colossal grasshoppers. This place felt special. Don’t miss it.

We came to Claudia's place as a last minute when the place we booked months ago turned into a construction site. Claudia made us feel cared for. The house, on a nice quiet street felt spacious, comfortable and safe. We spent many relaxing hours on the private enclosed patio. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the beds were good. No trouble with keys or entry. It's an easy walk to the beach where you can rent 2 loungers and umbrella for the day ($30), OR use the house's beach gear including camp chairs, mats, coolers, wagon etc. We utilized her beach equipment when we took our car to other beaches in the area. The gated parking area for our car was great. You could easily get by without a car here as there are lots of restaurants and shops in walking dist. Our favouritess were the Buzzed Monkey BBQ in town and Soluna Beach Bistro ( by car) upscale dining, great prices, as recommended by Claudia. We RECOMMEND this place and should we come back would happily choose it again.

Everything in the house was in perfect working order. There was plenty of space for four of us. Comfy beds; great showers; kitchen extremely well provisioned. Our favorite room was the large screened in porch. The lush surroundings make it a very private experience. Pool was great to and very convenient. Property manager helpful and very responsive; easy to work with.
