We had a great stay. There was a little trouble with check in, but Jital was available and we were able to get in quickly.

Super nice place!! Very modern, private, and comfortable!! Everything worked just as it should and the check in process was super easy.

We had a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to the Kennedy Space Center. An added bonus was that we were able to see two rocket launches from the beach.

My wife and I stayed here for our baby moon and absolutely loved it! We love the area, the proximity to some of our favorite restaurants and the closeness to the beach. Having beach equipment available was awesome and we’re overall super happy with our stay! The AC did have a limit to 74 in the summer which may be kind of warm for some people, but in March it wasn’t a big deal! We’ll definitely be coming back!

The host was very responsive and the property had lots of amenities - including a variety of activities to entertain kids. The walk to the ocean was short and the pools were a short walk or tram ride away. Because this property is part of a resort you don’t know what specific unit you’ll get when you book. We were told by the resort that you can call the resort a few weeks in advance to request a particular room type. We ended up on the 2nd floor corner with ocean view (partially blocked by trees - the higher floors might have an unobstructed view). Still very nice and pelicans flew by regularly, adding a natural beachy touch.

We had a great stay at the unit. It has a great view of the marina, and a tiki restaurant downstairs which made it easy for a quick dinner. The unit was clean and had all new furnishings. We will stay here again if available.

We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach in Suzy’s condo! Suzy is so kind and responsive. I highly recommend. The condo is super clean and the location is great!

We stayed at Marc's place Feb 2025 for a week. We are a family of 4 & 2 bedrooms was perfect! The kitchen & bathroom had everything we needed. The AC worked well, so did all ceiling fans. Very cozy & comfortable. The cable tv was in the livingroom & master bedroom. The beds were comfortable as well. There was extra blankets, towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, beach toys, chairs to sit outside etc. One of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in! Ground floor. The condo is in a quiet resort. The residents were so friendly. We were a 1 min walk to toes in the sand! We did not use the pool, shuffle board court or tennis court, but they were being used everyday. We walked to restaurants, shopping & mini golf. The area is very safe & SO much to see & do! The host gave us clear instructions for everything & a list of local attractions. We saw 2 rocket launches from the boardwalk! Our first time in FL & we will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation!

Pasamos una estupenda estadía en el alojamiento de Donnetta. No falta nada, desde la comodidad del living, la cocina impecable con todos los utensilios, condimentos y electrodomésticos que te imagines. Los habitaciones y los baños con todo lo que necesites. El patio trasero fantástico con su parrilla a gas, lo utilizamos para las barbacoas. Adelante del alojamiento, las bicicletas, sombrillas, reposeras, juegos y todo lo que necesites para un día de playa. Fue el mejor Airbnb de mis viajes junto a mi familia. Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

We had a great time staying here. Enjoyed being right on the beach and watching the sunrise. Had everything we needed, very easy to get in & out. The booklet had clear and helpful instructions and lots of recommendations for places to eat, I found that helpful. The area was peaceful and everyone in the building was very nice and friendly.

This was a very cute apartment perfect for two for spring break. The back yard view was perfect and peaceful and loved that the beach was right there to walk to. Overall was a good place to stay for a week!

Great communication, easy to connect with. We appreciated the clear entry instructions and directions once on site. The gated complex is quiet and lovely, only steps to the beach. We came before departing for a cruise and visited the Kennedy Space Center for a couple days. It’s an easy drive from Lexie and Desiree’s place. We were hoping to see a rocket launch (easily done from the beach nearby), but it was rescheduled. The place could use some updates, but it’s still very comfortable and gave us (family of four) plenty of room.

It was a fabulous Thanksgiving… From the moment we walked in, we were so happy we chose Chris’s place. She thinks of every detail from coffee options and wine fridge to lovely robes and everything you need for the beach. Bring your flip flops & swim suits and she has everything else waiting in the closet for you. She has a beach wagon, several chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach tote, toys, boogie boards. You’re all set! The entire place was meticulously clean and uncluttered, very comfortable furniture. The balconies!! One balcony gives a wonderful morning view of the sunrise glistening on the water & sun on your face as you enjoy your coffee. The other illuminates the river off in the distance with the colors of sunset. We went to The Dolphin for dinner one night based on a “fun” recommendation from Chris & it was a very fun vibe with live music, a great view and yummy. The beach was wonderful and convenient to the room. Chris was super flexible & helpful and is a terrific host.

Excellent quiet beachside location. The building was a mix of owners and visitors. All were friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. The AC in the unit is excellent resulting in cool, dry conditions in the humid beachside unit. Several restaurants and a great ice cream shop are within walking distance. The patio on the beach was wonderful providing sunny mornings and shady afternoons. A very peaceful and relaxing location.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

The place was as described, and the location is incredible. You can see the beach from the balcony and it is literally a 200 yard walk to the ocean. Pool area was clean. I can’t say enough about Robert and the staff Sea and Sun. Anything we needed. they were fast to respond and make sure we had it. Highly recommend. Only two criticisms, label the dishwasher pods vs. laundry pods and better pillows.

Location, location. What an amazing view to wake up to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is very easy to get around the area, so much to see and do or do nothing and relax on the beach only a few steps away. Lori, our host, was very quick to reply to any requests or questions. She provided us with suggestions on attractions and dining in the area. We will definitely be back and very highly recommend.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Super clean! Easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The hallway closet was stocked with plenty of extra lines, towels, etc. There isn't really anything I can say that is bad at all. We would 100% stay here again if/when we visit the area. So much better than a hotel!

I was in town for work and had limited time for beach activities, which is what drew me to this listing. Very convenient to be on the water with private parking and chairs/umbrella with the unit. Jo responded to all inquiries incredibly quickly, making for a very easy stay.

Beautiful place, had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool. Absolutely loved seeing the sunrise on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely LOVED Emma’s place!! It was so easy to find and get into, even in the dark. Everything we needed was available and the space was easy to keep clean and organized, even with 4 kids. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, our favorite was Mexico’s Grill along with the candy shop right next door to it. We loved having the pool right out back, and the ocean was so quick and easy to get to. Lots of beach/water toys to keep the kids entertained! Even though I don’t have babies anymore, I appreciated seeing a crib and highchair, and we definitely liked the plastic dishes! We rented wetsuits at Cocoa Beach Surf Company to help with the cold ocean since we visited in January. We shark fished with Fired Up Fishing Charters, went to Golf and Gator for mini golfing, go-carting, and holding/feeding the alligators, and hit Disney World. @giselamphotography took our family pictures on the beach and did a fantastic job with unique pictures. I would 1000% stay here again!!!

Condo was just what I was looking for. Great location, short drive to the great Melbourne beach. I love to fish and there were great palaces close by. Michelle is a great Host very friendly and had some great recommendations for local places.
