Absolutely lovely home! Very clean, great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the peaceful location and tranquil sound of the ocean's waves to the well appointed kitchen and the comfy cozy furniture and beds, Joanie's place was a perfect place to stay while visiting Melbourne Florida for our son's college graduation. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

Perfect place to bring the family to experience a backyard oasis. There was a lot of thought and care that went into the backyard and all of the amenities. We truly enjoyed the oasis even when it was cool out, the pool was heated and was warmed up to our liking. The house was very comfortable inside and had everything we needed. Tim was such a terrific host, super helpful and responsive. We would stay there again!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Place was as advertised and very comfortable for a gentlemen's golf getaway. We had plenty of room and the place was clean and had all the amenities you'd expect. Thanks to Mel and Lisa for hosting us. If back in the area you will for sure be on the top of our list.

House was beautiful. Charity was so nice and allowed us to check in early. Stayed for one night after cruise and before our flight but would have loved to stay longer to explore if time had allowed. Would definitely recommend.

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful, and the views and easy walk to the beach can’t be beat! The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever wanted plus some. All the beach gear was provided for us to use, too! If we are ever back in the area, we’d stay here in a heartbeat.

Diana’s place is in a beautiful location, between the river and the beach. The accommodations are extremely clean, attractive and well cared for. This is truly a great place to stay!
