All around, a great spot and price was right. Loved our time here.

This place was SO comfortable and beautiful! We rented this house for our elopement week and it certainly made for a special week. We loved our mornings relaxing on the couch looking out the massive windows w gorgeous red rock views. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen so well stocked, game room was a fun addition, and the decor was beautiful. We loved stargazing every night out of the hot tub or by the fire pit out back. The location was perfect. Been to Sedona many times, usually in West Sedona or uptown, but I loved this area the best. Close to all the best trails and minutes to Sedona proper and oak creek which we found to be really great for restaurants and grocery shopping. Jasson was the best host! Stop looking and rent this gorgeous home!

Myself & a group of friends stayed here & the house is sooo big!! So many cool amenities different spots to hang out at. Hot tub was super nice! Downtown Sedona is only like 10-15min away so many cute stores! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, tucked away in a private neighborhood near uptown, Sedona. Would definitely recommend staying in the area and at this Airbnb if you want something, efficient, relaxing, and with great views. Great parking and three outdoor patio/decks.

we loved our stay at the Casita - it was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Susan had wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area. it was a perfect place for exploring this beautiful country!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the back patio and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. It worked great for our group. Cottonwood has nice restaurants, tasting rooms, golf, and hiking in the surrounding area. We love playing games and noticed the house was missing the cornhole set that was advertised. We reached out to Brandon and a new set was delivered that evening.

Great place to stay! Kids loved the games and it was very peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were great. The house was very clean and hot tub was great!

Brandon's place was close to everything we were looking to do. He was proactive and gave us great recommendations for the area. We enjoyed our stay!

The inside was comfortable and cute! The room was bigger than I expected from the photos! The view is beautiful, I didn’t want to leave it!

Quaint purple forward house. Some road and pedestrian noise and of course the train is ever present. If you want peace and quiet, this isn't the house for you. If you don't mind some city noise, this is the place for you, a comfortable and convenient home.

Perfect Casita. Loved our time here. Great location to hiking, restaurants and Sedonya Conscious Living Center. No stove, oven or air fryer.

Very beautiful peaceful environment. The vibe was cabin soft comfort. It's not a new or modern in style, but very much feels like what your own vacation cabin might be like. The fairy lights and vines made the jacuzzi area very magical. Check in & out was very simple. Appreciate the host was able to allow an earlier check in for me after I drove so far & arrived early. There was black cat roaming around that I nicknamed Sphinx. Super friendly & just made our visit that much more special. Gratitude 💯

Overall great place- Excellent value. Excellent communication from the host including great local recommendations. The place had everything we needed for our stay including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and deck laundry, and great pool/hot tub/grill area. The location is great - oak creek is a little out of the way from the bustle of Sedona proper and close to a lot of great hikes which we enjoyed. Only a few not great things to note : The unit is right on the road - the noise wasn’t bad and not a problem for us but could be for more sensitive folks. The Internet was slow and as a result the TV didn’t work for streaming options. In fairness to the host we never mentioned this as we didn’t use Internet/tv much. Would definitely come back!

CLEAN. The condo was everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Brandon and Spencer were perfect communicators. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely book it again.

The apartment is nicerthan the pictures show 😍 Very convenient location and the beds are soooo comfy!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sedona at Andrew's resort stay. It was great having access to all the amenities in the resort including ping pong, pool, connect 4, and the pool/jacuzzi. The staff was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The location was perfect and close to a lot of hiking spots, restaurants, and attractions. I would recommend and would love to come back some day!

The overall space was incredibly comfortable! The kitchen was well-equipped with various cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. The living room, with its cozy fireplace and TV, was perfect for relaxing. Outside the bedroom, the outdoor hot tub was absolutely amazing—soaking in the warm water during winter while enjoying the stunning night view felt like a five-star experience. This is definitely a place I would choose again when visiting Flagstaff. Highly recommended! 💯

Really nice and clean property with easy access to food, shops, and markets. Location just outside of Sedona was great for accessing trails and tourist locations, without being too close and crowded. Highly recommended.

Great place-simple but perfect. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms and 2 baths. Quiet, low traffic area, but close to everything.

Perfect location for the activities we planned and sites we wanted to see. Brandon also provided a lot of great suggestions for restaurants, hikes, wine tours and other activities.

We stayed in the upper level Condo, the place has awsome views, it felt like home, a very comfortable place to stay! We loved sitting after a day of hiking looking out the picture window in the living room or relaxing on the huge porch. The House is in a nice neighborhood. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, we loved the Golden Goose. Centrally located for all the hikes we were interested in doing. The place was very clean and spacious, plenty of room. Amenities were great. We highly recommend this place and we are hosts ourselves!!! We hope to return next season.
